catching up with besties

I groaned, rolling over to my side when I heard the chirping of birds trying to wake me up. I felt an arm around me, pulling me to close to whoever was holding me in their sleep. I opened my eyes, looking up to see Chim-oppa sleeping and hugging me. I smiled, yawning and covering my mouth when I did. Reaching out, I ran my fingers through his hair, loving the way he unconsciously snuggled into my touch in his sleep. 

Wiggling gently out of his embrace, I sat up, looking around to see that the rest of my soulmates were still asleep. Who could blame them, we ended up sleeping at 2 am last night, watching the first movie in the MCU timeline, which was 'Captain America: The First Avenger.'  The seven of them have admitted that they are big Marvel fans, which made me ecstatic, since I was also a big Marvel fan. 

Standing up gently as to not wake them up, I noticed that Jinnie-oppa was the only missing, and I immediately looked around, my heart accelerating. I relaxed once I saw his figure by the kitchen stove, wearing one of my aprons and dancing to imaginary music. I laughed quietly, tip-toeing to my eldest soulmate so that I won't scare him.

I wrapped my arms around him gently, feeling him jump slightly before relaxing when he felt the soulmate bond between the two of us. He turned around, his eyes squinting down at me with fondness and placed a soft kiss on my forehead. 

" Hi, oppa," I mumbled, snuggling my head into his chest, hearing his heart accelerate. 

" Hi, beautiful. Sleep well?" he asked. I nodded, taking a step back slightly and frowning at him.

" Why are you cooking? You're a guest in my house," I chided, pouting. Jinnie-oppa smiled gently, wrapping his arms around me and dancing around the kitchen gently. 

" Better get used to it, beautiful flower. I'm always up and early so it'll be a competition between the two of us if you wanna make breakfast for the eight of us. Besides, you don't know how much we all eat," he replied as he made me place my feet on top of his so that he can walk around the kitchen with me in his arms. I giggled, placing my head once again on his chest. 

" What time is it, anyways?" I asked. 

" It's 10:30. Why, do you have somewhere to be?" he asked. 

" Actually I do. I'm catching up with my best friends from high school. Beomgyu and Lisa," I said. Jinnie-oppa stopped and looked down at me once more. 

" What time do you have to go?" he pouts. I laughed. 

" Lunch time actually. You are all free to stay over again tonight, though I don't have enough clothes that would fit you," I said. Jinnie-oppa perks up at the thought of staying over once more tonight and nods.

" Don't worry, we'll just go back to our house and grab some stuff, then we'll come back here when you're already here," he thought out loud. I nodded as well, getting out of the embrace gently and walking over to the stove, smelling the aromatic of the omelettes he was cooking.

" Smells amazing as usual, Jinnie," I said, sighing contently. He came over and wrapped his arms around my waist, placing his chin on my shoulder. 

" Thanks, beautiful."

" Good morning, hyung. Jagiya," Tae-oppa's deep morning voice resonated. I turned around, and so did Jinnie-oppa. Tae-oppa's hair was standing up in different directions and he rubbed his eyes sleepily. Cooing, I walked over to him, giving him a morning hug and a swift kiss on his cheek. His cheek rose up as his lips turned into a smile and he wrapped his arms around me tighter, sprinkling my face with his own kisses.

" Tae!" I whined, backing away from him, but his embrace on me was tight, so he ended up walking back with me. I rolled my eyes. 

" Hi, jagiya," he said gently.
