operation coddling baby soulmate

HOBA POV

I couldn't sleep. None of us can. It was now 5 am in the early morning, and we haven't had a single sleep. Our minds were completely alert and resisting the naturally need for sleep, instead making us all awake in order to make sure our baby soulmate was alright. Is alright.

After Namjoon-ssi had read those pages out loud from her diary, we didn't pester with anymore questions. How could we, when she's shared the most valuable and darkest piece of her past? We didn't want to upset her even more than she already was. She cried for a while before slumping against Yoongi, closing her eyes and whispering to us that she wanted to sleep now. Kookie had scooped her up in his arms and we all followed the two of them as they went upstairs. We let Y/N have her privacy as she changed, and once she was changed, we tucked her into bed, placing kisses on her forehead and letting her fall asleep. 

We came down here not too long ago after getting freshen up and changing into more comfortable clothes. Now drinking some tea to calm our nerves, we sat in silence, obviously thinking. 

I had Tae on my lap, his head resting on my shoulder. I thought back to last night, and I remember feeling and seeing red when Y/N said that we would leave her once she told us about her past, and her reasoning behind it. How could someone traumatise a sweetling like her, to the point where she thinks that her own soulmates will leave her? There's no way in Hell we are going to be leaving her. We've fallen in love with her and we won't ever let her go. 

" I wanna get her something," Tae says into the silence, out of the blue and taking us all out of our thinking spaces. " I wanna make her happy and make her realise, I'm not going anywhere. We're not going anywhere."

" I was just thinking about that," Joonie says. " I want to get her something as well, but I don't know what."

" Oh!" Kookie says and he bounds over to the bench, getting his phone. He unlocked while he speaks. " I found this website that sells plushie soft toys. There's a deal to get seven and get the eighth one free. Here."

He passed his phone around and we all looked into it. 

" I showed that to Y/N the other day because she said that she really likes plushie soft toys. She really likes these ones, but she says that it costs rather too much."

I looked at the others, and a grin came into my face, surprising them as much as is surprise me as well. 

" How about we have a coddling day with Y/N?" I said. Their eyes all widened. From my arms, Tae jumps up and turns around, smiling and nodding.

" That sounds like a good idea! We can make a fort in the living room and watch movies and get her the plushie soft toys and eat food!" he said. " We can also do a pampering party for her, give her massages, put face masks on, paint her nails."

Taehyung started to list every possible thing that came into his mind and we all smiled. 

" Alright. Let's go ready then," I said.
