*wedding day, June 13 *

I stood in the front of the mirror, breathing in and out slowly as I looked at myself. Behind me, my bridesmaids and my maid of honour, Lisa, were walking around, getting comfortable in their dresses and their heels. My soulmates' Eommas and Appas texted me earlier, saying that they couldn't wait to see me in my wedding dress.

Fiddling with my thumbs, I looked at myself. The woman in front of me has been through thick and thin, and in her eyes, I could see the hope and happiness that she deserves. That I deserve. At least, I think I do.

This woman's hair was done up elegantly in a half up, half-down style, curled softly at the end of my hair and pinned back to frame my face, some bits curling down the side of my face. Her make-up was done lightly and looked natural, her lips glinting with light rose lipgloss, her cheeks having that rose-y hue, y/e/c eyes popping with elegant mascara and eyeliner. She was beautiful. And she was me.

" You okay?"

I turned around in my wedding dress, smiling gently as I felt the tingles of my tattoos running up and down my arm, feeling the excitement of my soulmates through the soulmate bond. I nodded as Yeji-unnie comes over to me and gives me a hug. In her arms was my older brother's and hers' little girl, Ae-cha. Like Haneul, Ae-cha inherited Joonwoo's heterochromatic eyes, and she was only a month old, sleeping away in the arms of her Eomma.

" I'm fine, unnie. Just... nervous, I guess," I said. Yeji-unnie is one of my brides maids along with my unnies. My unnies and Lisa came around me to gently coax me down.

" Everyone has these wedding jitters when they're waiting for the guests to sit down. But when you start walking down that aisle and you see your soulmates, everything aligns," Jisoo-unnie says, giving me her sweet smile as she gives me hug.

" It won't be long until you're Y/N Kim-Park-Min-Jung-Jeon. You're going to have such a long last name," says Lisa. I pouted at her, rolling my eyes.

" We're using Jeon as our last names. It's not as common here and we want our name to be ours," I said gently. Lisa makes a small noise of approval.

" That sounds cool," she said, bumping her hips with mine. I smiled at her. My unnies started to talk amongst themselves once more and I slipped away, checking the time. The door opens and my older brother comes in, in a handsome tuxedo and his eyes glinting happily. I smiled at him as he taps his wrist.

It's time.

Heart leaping, my bridesmaids and maid of honour went in formation. Joonwoo-oppa and I were at the back, and I clutched to Joonwoo-oppa as tightly as I can. We told each other to stay quiet, but that didn't stop our little conversations as we waited.

" You're going to pinch my skin off if you don't loosen up a little bit, Boo," my older brother says gently. I gave him a sheepish smile and loosened my grip on him a little bit. He notices my uneven breathing and the biting of the inside of my cheek. " Nervous?"

" Yeah. I have no idea why. It's not like I didn't know who I was going to be marrying," I said, shaking my head.

" You're going to be fine. You'll be with your soulmates forever now. Nothing will break you apart. Not even Death itself," Joonwoo-oppa says gently as he looks at me sideways. I smiled at him. " It's scary, I know Boo, but it's going to be alright. It's a big milestone in your life to get married but the eight of you are meant to be."

I smiled gently once more, evening my breathing as I looked around the venue we have picked out: it was in the middle of the forest, much like the forest that my hunt took place when they proposed, and it was in the middle of summer, which worked out well. The sun was setting and the fairy-lights were turning on, and I could smell the aroma of jasmine in the air to fight off bugs and insects. The set up was exquisite... beautiful... unique... us.
