"Can we talk"
"No,go away Sirius" I tried to slam the door in his face but he was to strong,pushing himself in the room and closing the door behind him
I stood defeated before turning and walking away from him,his hand tried to grab mine but I shook it of and began to scatter the piles of ink bottles
My detention for being late to class was cleaning the classroom,good one Slughorn
"Look at me" Sirius said sternly but I ignored him,after all he did break my necklace I had gotten when I was six just because he was angry
Thats this whole fight,because he broke the necklace my grandmother gave to me the day she passed away
"Look at me!" He said angrily this time,stomping his foot hard on the ground making me flinch backwards,he gave me a hurt look,his eyebrows furrowed and his eyes sad
"Please don't be scared of me I-i-i would never hurt you,surely you would know that" he said softly and I scoffed
"You may not have hurt me physically but you did emotionally" I corrected him and he sighed
"I'm sorry ok,I didn't mean to get mad,I-i mean I was mad because you were talking to my asshole of a brother but then you started calling me jealous and I just-i snapped" he explained and I stood still,listening "I would never hurt you Indego"
"Sirius this-we can't-" I breathed out and he nodded,as if agreeing
"I know" he said sadly "we're both just in love with other people"
I looked up at him confused,and he smiled at me
"I know you and regulus are in love,I can practically smell it" he chuckled "they way he comforts you,not me,the way he smiles at you and you blush,not me, it's always been him hasn't it?"
"Sirius i-"
"-you don't have to lie,I'm happy for you,I think I only ever dated you because I was scared of the other me" I laughed,a sincere one and he looked at me confused
"I always knew you didn't only like women" he looks at me shocked and I smile comforting at him "I only ever dated you because regulus told me to,he did it because he thought it would make you happy Sirius,but while we were dating I noticed you weren't staring at me,but at him" I smile wider and he tried to speak but no words come out "Remus huh?"
He chuckled and looks down,as if confused as to how I knew
"It's obvious,your always going on about him to me and how great his is,and I notice that when you speak about him or when someone mentions his names your eyes light up in a special sort of way,you've never shown anyone affection,actual affection and I'm not talking about when you kissed me I'm talking about the way you look at him and hug him it's just-you're so in love with him"
