Mistletoe,why was their mistletoe?
I glance to my side and see Remus reading a book,his head resting on his hand making me smile
He's so pretty,too bad I'll never be able to tell him
"Why is their mistletoe" was the only thing I said which made Remus quite literally jump in his seat
His eyes met mine and we both begun to smirk
"Your awake" he stated
"Obviously"
"And your...not any less sarcastic then before...gosh darnit" he says jokingly and I smile at him,turning to lay on my side as he stands up
He reaches up to grab the mistletoe but I pull him by his sweater,he looks down at me,raising his eyebrows
"Mistletoe,we've gotta kiss moony" I say making him chuckle
"No we don't,it's a stupid tradition" he states and I scoff
"But Remus,bad things might happen to us if we ruin the tradition" I say causing him to roll his eyes
"Is it that or do you just want to kiss me?" He ask and I scoff
"It's definitely the tradition thing" I point out and he sighs,looking around to make sure no one was around before placing the mistletoe back above our heads and leaning forward
-Your Pov-
It had been a day or two,it was officially Christmas day and I couldn't believe that Sirius wasn't even awake
Peter went home,James Stayed to be with me and Sirius,Remus stayed and most people also went home
I was sat in the great hall with James,holding hands under the table as we ate in silence
The whole situation had me quiet a lot lately.the scene kept replaying in my head,and sure people might think I'm being dramatic but he's my twin brother,and watching him fall...it was honestly like a sort of fear I had never fell before
The people who decided to stay for the holidays were all sat at their tables,their were four Slytherins,six Hufflepuffs,two Ravenclaws and me,Remus,James and Sirius
And the only teachers left were McGonagall,Dumbledore,a man I had never had taught me and a casual professor that taught me once and it was hell
The usual four that stayed back
After eating my food and waiting for James to finish his,we walked back to the common room and I changed into one of James' shirts along with some comfy sweatpants
Then we went back to the hospital wing and the both of us couldn't believe our eyes
Remus and Sirius....kissing.....well.....it was more then kissing
Sure their clothes on but OH MY GOD
I quickly pull James out of the hospital wing with me
The shock on his face was more easier to see then it was on mine
"They-" he started but stopped.his hands going to his face and I could help but smile at the ring on his middle finger,James wearing rings was attractive
"He's awake" I smile whole heartedly and James took his hands away from his face,cupping my face instead
He pulled me in for a kiss,one full of passion and carefulness
My hands Made their way to his forearms and I kissed back
He pulled away,placing his forehead on mine
"What was that for?" I ask,smiling
"Mistletoe" he admits and I look up,seeing mistletoe above our heads making me chuckle
"I wonder who did that" I eye James who puts his hands up in surrender
"I didn't do that" he says "I'm being completely honest" I look around the halls but don't see anyone,shrugging
He pulls me into his arms and holds for what felt like hours,I could tell he enjoyed the fact that I wasn't tense anymore,and I jumped slightly and he picked me up,I wrapped my legs around his waist and one of his arms wrapped around my waist
He kissed me again,and I smiled into the kiss,he slowly backed us up against the wall
It was obvious no one would walk past when they had the entire castle to hang out,so I let him begin to kiss my neck,my mouth slightly open in pleasure
His hands travelled up my back and then down to my butt as he squeezed it
"Your definitely an ass man" I manage to mumble out as he puts me down,a smirk on his beautiful pink lips,I grab the front of his shirt,pushing him agaisnt the wall
The large doors opened and Remus walked out,completely shocked at witnessing james being pushed up agaisnt the wall by me
"Thought I heard talking out here" he chuckled nervously
"Don't worry,you can go back to making out with Sirius" James smiled sweetly making Remus look taken back
"Hmm?" He hummed,his eyebrows raised
"Look at you two" I smile,pushing past Remus to enter the hospital wing "being all romantic and stuff" I joke and walk over to a smiling Sirius,kissing his cheek and hugging him "I'm happy your up"
"You should be,now where's my present" he says and I smirk,pointing up to the mistletoe then to Remus
"I work magic" I say "if it wasn't for you,Remus and you here wouldn't have been sucking eachothers faces of"
"Haha...yeah" Sirius said nervously,like he didn't agree with me
"Hey guys" I turn to Remus and James who were chatting "can you guys give us a second?" I ask and they both agree,walking out laughing together
Once I was sure they left I turned back to Sirius and sighed happily
"So,how long has you two been going on?"
"What?" He asked,acting clueless
"Well it's obvious that that wasn't the second time you kissed" I say and he shrugs
".......a long time" he says and I raise my eyebrows
"Since before the slurpie thing?" I ask and he shakes his head no "hmm,it's about damn time,have either of you asked eachother out" he shakes his head no again "that's boring"
"Your boring" his hands comes in contact with my face and he gently pushes me away making me smile
"Do you know who did this to you?" I ask and he shrugs,looking down at his body inter hospital gown
"No,but I think I might have an idea as to why they did it" he says,shrugging with a upset look
"Why?"
"Because..." he breaths out,biting his quivering bottom lip "Well,there's been rumours going around about me,bad ones...because of my sexuality"
