Ivy woke up early the next morning to get ready for school. An officer had accompanied the fire department the night before, and while they doused the flames, she told the officer everything she knew. She purposely left out the part where Johnny beat up the bikers, not wanting to get him in anymore trouble, and when the questioning was done, she went back to her own apartment. Miguel had come home a little while after that, more upset than he had been at the movies. He came by Ivy's and she filled him in on what happened, but he refused to tell her why he was so upset. She let it go, and they went back to their respective apartments to get some sleep.

As she picked out her clothes, she glanced at her phone on the bed. Robby still hadn't answered, not with a call or a text, and her eyes narrowed in anger as she got dressed. Just as she finished tying her hair up, her phone beeped, and she let out a loud groan.

Hey, sorry about yesterday. I fell asleep after training. Is everything okay?

Ivy clenched her phone in her hand tightly. Robby's words sounded innocent enough, but she felt deep down that he was lying. Regardless, she didn't feel like talking to him right now.

All good, just had some trouble sleeping.

Sorry babe. You wanna talk about it?

No, I'm fine. I gotta get to school. I'll text you later.

Alright, have a good day. Love you.

Love you too.

Ivy tossed her phone into her bag and headed over to Miguel's, consumed by the unrelenting desire to wring Robby's neck.

School wasn't much better. She was still shaken up from the night before, and her anger towards Robby made it hard to concentrate. When the bell rang to end the day, she rushed to find Miguel, eager to blow off some steam so she could finally calm down.

She found Miguel outside of one of the English classrooms that had been converted into the SAT prep room for the day. When she saw that he was talking to Sam, she stopped and kept her distance. The conversation they were having didn't seem pleasant, and she knew it was none of her business. Aisha approached her as she stood back.

"Hey. Hawk, Bert, Dimitri and I are going to chill at the park. You want in?"

"Yeah, sure." Ivy said as she looked back at Miguel, "I'll grab Migi and meet you guys there."

"Cool, hurry it up." Aisha smiled as she walked away.

A moment later, Miguel was walking towards her in a huff. She put her hand out to stop him, and he rolled his eyes before looking at her.

"We're meeting some Cobra Kai kids at the park. Come on." Ivy said plainly.

He nodded feebly and followed her out of the school.

At the park, they found a bench near the playground and sat down to relax. Dimitri, Aisha and Miguel sat on the bench with Ivy on the ground below them, while Bert sparred with Eli behind them. It was quiet for a while, and apparently it was getting to Dimitri. He pulled out a sandwich in a Ziplock bag and put it on Miguel's lap.

"Come on, eat something." Dimitri urged him, "It will make you feel better."

"I told you, I'm not hungry, man." Miguel sighed and played with the bag in his hands.

"You need to eat, Miguel." Ivy backed Dimitri up.

"I still think you're overreacting!" Dimitri groaned at him.
