The next day at Miyagi-Do, those who went to the drive-in bragged to those who didn't about what happened, and Ivy stood a little ways away from them with her arms crossed. She hadn't let Eli stay over last night because she was mad about the whole thing, and she was still mad now. They should have fought instead of acting like cowards. What they did was nothing to brag about.

"Diaz shall now be known as the rain maker!" Dimitri boasted.

"El diablo de la Lluvia!" Eli shouted next to him.

"Yeah but, if they hadn't fallen for it we still would have beaten them." Sam shrugged with a smile.

"That's what we should have done." Ivy scowled.

"And then what, Ivy?" Miguel looked to her, exasperated, "Who knows what they would have pulled!"

"If they did anything, then Robby and Tory would get locked up." Ivy crossed her arms tighter, "Then it would just be us against Kyler, and he's no match for us."

"Maybe." Miguel huffed, finding it hard to argue with her logic, "But it was still too risky, too many things could have gone bad."

"What could have gone bad?" Johnny asked, appearing from around the corner.

"We were about to get into a gnarly fight at the drive-in, Sensei." Eli jumped in to explain, "But Miguel saved the day."

"Oh yeah? How'd you do that?" Johnny grinned at Miguel.

"Told the Cobra Kai's to come to the baseball diamond." Miguel smirked proudly, "Just in time for the grass to get watered."

Johnny's face fell instantly, and it was another moment before he spoke.

"So you guys picked a fight...didn't show up...and then you doused them with the hose?" his eyebrow rose, not wanting to believe it.

"Well, it was sprinklers." Dimitri corrected him, then back tracked once he saw the look on his face, "I'll go back to saying nothing..."

"You just poked the bear!" Johnny shouted at them all, "What do you think's gonna happen? You think they're just gonna leave well enough alone?"

"I fucking told you!" Ivy hissed at Miguel through clenched teeth.

"From everything I heard about last night, it sounds to me like Miguel practiced restraint." Daniel appeared from the inside Dojo to defend him, "He found a way to get out of a bad situation without anyone getting hurt. What did you want them to do, get in a drive-in switch blade fight?"

The more Daniel talked to more tense Johnny's features became. Ivy moved to stand beside him as Daniel turned to Miguel.

"I'm proud of you." He clapped Miguel on the shoulder, "You've taken the Miyagi-Do teachings to heart."

"Oh here we fucking go..." Ivy cursed under her breath, seeing the look in Johnny's eyes.

"Okay, LaRusso, we need to have a little talk." Johnny said sternly.

He advanced on Daniel, who's face suddenly paled, but it wasn't Johnny who had caused it. Something had spooked him, and everyone turned around to see what.

To their horror, Kreese had appeared, but he wasn't the source of the alarm. He had brought someone with him, someone who Daniel couldn't take his eyes off of. The man was about a foot taller than Kreese with long silver hair tied at the nape of his neck. His blue eyes were cold, his lips peeled into a smirk that was both calm and menacing. His clothes were fresh and crisp, obviously expensive, and it only strengthened his villain-like presence.
