Ok so I tried to make a Father's Day one shot but it ENDED UP BEING REALLY SAD SO F THAT IM JUST POSTING A BUNCHA HEAD CANONS
- Leorio's dad was not a good dad so he'd grown up hating Father's Day. Both Kurapika and Gon never celebrated it. Killua would spend the weekend out and about, avoiding his family the best he could.
- the year that they all met, Gon gave Leorio and kurapika Father's Day cards that he made.
-every year, they spend the weekend together, celebrating what it means to be a dad, even in a found family.
- they trade gifts, just little things like cards and candy.
-one year, Alluka joins them, and gives Leorio and Kurapika hand drawn pictures of them being her dads and it's VERY CUTE THANK YOU
- Gon and Killua secretly making a pact that they'd never be like their father's, and instead love and lead their own kids the way they wished that their dads had.
- visiting the Kurta memorial for Father's Day.
- playing a game of baseball (leorio just pitches while each of the others has a turn or two to practice batting) and eventually giving up when the ball flies all the way into the next county (Killua) or explodes (Gon)
- when Kurapika and Leorio get married, they have a dog. It's a husky, I make the rules. Gon and Killua spend the day running around the park with her while the married couple sits on a bench and supervises. Then Gon and Killua have to bathe her, and it is quite the mess. They have to use a kiddie pool and the hose water.
