{College au. Not actually about drugs don't worry}

Kurapika absently pulled at an itchy eyelash, and it fell out without much struggle. He looked down, shocked to see a cluster of about five eyelashes. He slowly stood, then made his way to the bathroom. He looked hard at his eyelashes and eyebrows. They were starting to fall out again. There were pale spots where his skin was unobscured by facial hair.

As if to reinforce Kurapika's worries, his stomach growled. Fuck. I'm in deep shit now.

Kurapika suddenly felt an overwhelming fear. Anxiety clutched his heart and made it impossible for his lungs to fill all the way. I didn't even notice it getting worse. How did I let it get this bad?

He went back to his bedroom and went straight to bed. He forgot to close his laptop, but he didn't have the strength to leave his bed again.

He stared at the wall and tried not to think. Instead, he opened his phone and distracted himself with online drama. A nearby university making a homophobic statement and students seeing that as a green light for hate crime. nice.

A notification came in from his school email. A reminder for the assignment that was due tomorrow. shit. Where did that come from?

He suddenly remembered the mountain of work he had piled up from classes he'd so foolishly enrolled in. I should drop out of one, at least one. But which? I hate my acting class, but it's a good source of socializing and getting... exercise?

Then he remembered his gym membership. When was the last time he'd gone? Was he still being charged? Had it been two months already? He could tell he'd been absent by his lack of strength.

He hugged his pillow closer. This is bad. Everything is bad.

"Kurapika?" Leorio's voice floated in through the open door. "Your uh... door is open. And your lights are on." When he got no response, Leorio sat on the edge of Kurapika's bed. "What's wrong?"

Kurapika did something he usually didn't do. He told Leorio exactly what was wrong. Everything. With no hesitation and no cut corners. He laid it all out.

"That's quite the mess." Leorio noted.

"Rude." Kurapika retorted.

"Alright, as your doctor-"

"You don't have a license."

"I prescribe you with getting laid."

"This is why you don't have a license."

"Come on, Kurapika, think about it. Sex relieves stress. It creates essential chemicals necessary for clarity and happiness."

"That's a bunch of nonsense."

"Well, it's better than smoking or drinking. Plus, depending on your partner, it's free."

Kurapika sighed in frustration. "It sounds like so much effort."

"Not if you're a bottom."

Kurapika whipped around to stare at Leorio. "Whta did you just say?"

"I can tell you're a bottom, Kurapika. You're a bratty bottom, but that doesn't change facts."

Kurapika gaped at him. "The fucking audacity- get out."

"Consider my advice." Leorio said as he stood. He closed Kurapika's laptop, and turned out the lights. But before he left, he added one last thing. "Call me if you ever need your prescription filled."

Kurapika stared dumbfoundedly at the now closed door.
