One of the miracles happened in his pUrvAshrama at the aramane of Tanjavur King. An idol of shri krishNa where krishNa was having his ears closed turned into krishNa playing flute on hearing the bhAgavatha pravachana from shri kolhApUr krishNAcharya. He requested the king to give him that idol, to which the king agreed.

After accepting sanyAsa, he was once attacked by a gang of bandits. The bandits were surprised to see people on horses guarding the wealth. They were none other than lord Rama, Lakshmana appearing in that form and scaring the bandits.

Initially shri satyapUrNa tIrtharu had given sanyAsa to shri satyavarya tIrtharu and asked him to do tatva prachArA in the north. When shri satyapUrNa tIrtharu fell ill, shri satyavarya tIrtharu had not returned from his sanchArA. So, shri satyapUrNa tIrtharu gave sanyAsA to another person by name balachArya and named him shri satyavijaya tIrtharu. He requested him to handover the samsthAna to shri satyavarya tIrtharu once he returned. shri satyavarya tIrtharu, later exchanged danDa in front of satyavijaya tIrtharu and continued the uttarAdhi maTa parampare as satyapriya tIrtharu.

*satyapUrNa tIrtharu and kAnchi:*

---------------------------------------------------

satyapUrNa tIrtharu in his extensive tour of many holy places visited kAnchipuram. On seeing Lord Varadaraja swami, he felt deep devotion and offered Him a golden “padaka”. To this day it exists in the temple and is called “satyapUrNa padaka”.

In kAnchi, he came across a poor Brahmin called Krishnaji Panth, who presented a silver pedestal lamp to swAmIji during pAda pUjA. SwAmIji blessed him and he became a Minister in the court of Arcot Nawab.

There is a mrithikA brindAvana of satyapUrNa tIrtharu in kanchi.
