Once on his tour, he visited a village called Manipura near Bhimarathi River, which was under the control of a mlecha ruler. The king's army started attacking the swAmIji and his group. He ran with the rAma dEvara pUjA box on his shoulders and reached the banks of the river. All of a sudden, Bhimarathi river gave way to the SwAmIji to reach the other side of the river. Swamiji crossed the river along with his disciples safely, to the surprise of one and all.

Once on his tour shri raghuvarya tIrtharu visited a village named Swarnavata which was in the control of a Nizam. The Zamindar of the Village, shri Subbabatta with his wife Gangabai, requested the swamiji for a “Bhiksha” in their house, which the swamiji refused as they were childless. The couple requested the swamiji repeatedly to accept their request, upon which the swamiji blessed them with a child with a condition that the child to be handed over to the maTa. Swamiji did rAma dEvara pUje and gave anugraha sahita mantrAkshate to the couple.

Gangabai delivered a male child, for which Swamiji sent a gold plate to the Zamindar’s house from the maTa, to receive the child directly in the golden plate without touching the earth. The child went on to become shri raghUtamar tIrtharu, the great “bhAvadIpikAchAryaru”.
