Clint and Y/N adopting a child

Clint and his husband, Y/N, have been debating to each other if they should adopt a child. Clint really wants to adopt one, and if things go well, adopt even more. Y/N on the other hand think it isn't the right time. First, they only have been married for 2 years and have been dating for 8 years. Secondly and lastly, both their jobs are extremely dangerous, both being avengers and all, and so if both men are killed off, the child is left alone. Not only that, both their jobs are taking much time, meaning the child will be without their parents for a long time. Clint knows this, but in his heart, he really wants to have someone to care for, a new reason to life.

Both men along the rest of the avengers are in the meeting room. Tony stands in front of them with Steve. Behind them is a tv with information about their next mission.

"SHIELD discovered a HYDRA base a few days ago," Steve begins talking. "and today we're going to take them down."

"We will be splitting up." Tony follows up from Steve. "We will be paired up with a partner. Every team will be do a different objective."

Steve picks up a remote and the tv show a different screen, one that shows the base from above with additional information. "Note that there will be innocent civilians in the base that we will safe." Steve looks serious at us. "One team will be attacking from the front. The second will be attacking from the side. Lastly and most importantly, the last team will be sneaking in from the roof. They will be sneaking in the base, taking out every HYDRA member in their way and look around for hostages, which they are going to safe. Understand?"

Everybody says yes. Tony takes a step forward. "Alright, first team will be Steve, Bruce and Thor. Second team will be me and Romanoff. Third team will be Y/N and Clint. Any objections?"

Everybody says no and stand up to prepare for the mission

Y/N and Clint are standing on the partly flat roof. They look from above and see HYDRA attacking the avengers from the front of the base. They look back at the roof and spotted a window.

Clint looks over to Y/N. "Want me open the door, sir?" He grins.

"It would be an honor." Y/N says with a fake and thick British accent.

Clint kicks the window. He shoots an arrow on the side of the window and a rope comes out of it. He uses this to go down and Y/N soon follows. They arrive in the base.

"I don't suspect that there will be a lot of HYDRA members here but prepare for an encounter." Clint stated.

"Always stating the obvious Clint, but I admire your kindness." Y/N smiles.

Clint scoffs. "Enough with the attitude. Let's continue the mission."

Y/N and Clint have managed to secure the hostages. They were ordered to keep them safe until the base is secured. Y/N heard something and wants to investigate it. He said to Clint that he is going to investigate. Clint wishes him good luck and stay to watch the hostages. He reassures them that they are going to be okay. While doing that, he notices a baby crying in a man's arm.

"Sir, can you try to make your baby crying stop?" Clint asks nicely.

"But this isn't my child. She was arriving some time ago without her parents." The man answers, looking uncomfortable at the baby.

Clint looks surprise at him, but quickly revert back at his focus face. "Give her to me." Clint orders. The man gives it to him. Clint looks at the crying girls and gives it a reassuring smile. "Hey princess, can you give me a smile?" He says with a reassuring voice. After some attempts, the baby stops crying and smile at him, and he gives a grateful smile.
