Quirk: Torpedo
Quirk: Type: Mutant
Quirk: Class: Water
Ability: The user has a weird affiliation with water. Their body has changed to accommodate for it. They have holes around their body. Two on the back of their neck, two on either sides of their elbows, one on each palm, one on each hip, holes on either side of the users knee and on the user's heel. They also have gills. These holes have the ability to pull water towards them. Any water in a ten metre radius can be pulled to the user and move around them. The user can create water fists, spears, a bubble shield around themselves. The user can also use this to propel themselves at incredible speeds through the water. Going at about 80 km/h.
Combat Range: Close
Disadvantages: - The user requires water to be close by.
-The user needs to be moist to stay active, if they are away from water for too long, they could die.
-The holes for the user's hydrokinesis can be stopped if they are covered.
Special Moves: - Propel- The user flies forward by throwing themselves out of the aura of water being devastating for the opponent. This can also seriously harm the user if they collide wrong.
- Geyser- The user summons water around them to the ground before shooting it up at high velocity. This can be used to shoot the user up or launch enemies into the air. Their can be a second part to this move where the user stops them from launching them with the water before pelting them to the ground.
Hero/Villain Names: (Colour)Torpedo, Rod, Seeker, Propulsor
My Input (Not necessary): The user usually where's open or easily removal clothing for their quirk. Beach swim wear, everywhere. The user can learn how to use their quirk to break ice apart until it becomes water to move around easier and even pull water molecules' from the air, although it won't be much. (They can not blood bend. Skin from other people protect them from that)
