Quirk Type: Mutant
Quirk Class: Body-Morph and Air
Ability - The user's fingers are not like others. They are thin and flat while also being a different colour to the users skin. The users hand can rotate very fast, with their fingers the user can make gust of tornadoes or can create large ones for a short amount of time. The user can also have this as a dangerous attack.
Combat Range: Long
Disadvantage: - Using it for too long gives the user tenosynovitis.
Special Moves: Turbine Shuriken- The user holds their hands above their head and face their hands together. They form a shuriken of razor wind in between them before launching the shuriken forward. The attack is devastating and can rip apart concrete but also causes great pain to the users hands and arms.
Tornado- The user raises both hands and creates a devastating tornado. Not more to it.
Hero/Villain Names: Turbine, Gusto, Bellow
My Input(Not necessary): The user would learn how to concentrate their attacks and create wind shuriken's and wind blasts. The user can't use to many powerful attacks unless they want to risk serious injuries to their arm.
