Quirk: Inner Voice
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Class: Sound and Mental
Ability - The user has a voice inside of their head. The user calls the voice their twin and they are of the opposite sex to the user. The voice can emit themselves and extreme volumes from the user to hurt others ears and with support items, that sound can be formed into an attack. The inner voice can communicate telepathically with the user or just speak normally on the outside. The voice also has control of the user's bodily functions like adrenaline or ecstasy.
Combat Range: Long
Disadvantage: - If the voice is used to much outside of the user, the voice will slowly become quieter and quieter, becoming less effective.
- The user requires support items to be effective in battle.
Special Moves: Scream Burst- The inner voice of the user screams a deafening screech with the power to knock people away. The voice becomes a lot less effective after this though.
Hero/Villain Names: Crowd Control, Anchor, Adjust
My Input(Not necessary): This quirk can't do much without support items. The user and their voice would be at odds with each other from time to time, acting like proper siblings.
