Quirk: Judge and Execute

Quirk Type: Emitter

Quirk Class: Energy

Ability - The user has two quirks mixed into one. With their left hand, the user can absorb all shocks and energy attacks like fire and remain uninjured. But it has to be stopped with the users open palm, otherwise the attack won't be stopped and the user will be injured. The attacks the user has stopped actually get absorbed and stored in the user for later purposes. With their right hand, the user can fire a beam of energy of the power they have stored up. The user can choose how much they can fire out at once.

Combat Range: Medium and Long

Disadvantage: - The user can only absorb attacks with their open palm. People close range can easily avoid hitting their left hand and avoiding their beam with their right.

Special Moves: Stored Power- The user unleashes all of their power in one go.

Hero/Villain Names: Judge, Executioner, Guillotine

My Input(Not necessary): Another quirk that does two things. The user would probably have a strong sense of justice and have unique fighting style to stop pain and damage with their left hand.
