Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Class: Speed Enhancement
Ability - The user can make things move backwards. They can make themselves, others and objects rewind themselves to where they were previously. While being rewind, the person or object will do the action in exactly one second but they can still be touched and others can be hit. The thing being rewinded, will go back to where they were 3-10 seconds ago. The user can do this by contact with three of their fingers. Other objects can travel with the item or person being hit by the user's quirk.
Combat Range: Close
Disadvantage: - Depending on how far the user had sent an item or person with their quirk, they have to wait that duration before using their quirk again.
- If the user is injured and try rewinding themselves, the injury will still remain in the user.
Special Moves: Reset- By spinning their hands in circles, they can make everyone around them go rewind by 3-10 seconds.
Hero/Villain Names: Reset, Retry, Again, Respawn
My Input(Not necessary): The user would be tricky to deal with and constantly use their quirk to save themselves or others. They'd also start using their quirk to move themselves or objects they've thrown to attack enemies.
