Quirk: Poison hair
Quirk Type: Mutation
Quirk Class: Poison
Ability - The user has poison barbs at the ends of their hair. The poison barbs clump the hair together. The barbs are purple and are thin. These barbs are sharp and can easily pierce skin, the barbs are poisonous to everyone but the user. Although the venom inside the barbs aren't lethal they do cause rashes and nausea. With enough venom, they can cause the person injected to fall unconscious. The user has a minor ability to manipulate their hair, although the ability is small. It really only allows the user to whip their hair or stick them out like a porcupine for few short moments. The user can fling their barbs to attack others at a distance, they regrow after that but it takes a few minutes.
Combat Range: Close or Medium
Disadvantages: - The user can't activate their quirk if they have no hair.
-The user's quirk becomes seriously ineffective if the opponent is immune to toxins or have to hard skin.
Special Move: Gatling Gun- The user holds their hair in their hand and then start spraying. The fire their barbs like bullets that becomes hard to block or dodge as the user can track down or choose to stop spraying and do this move again.
Porcupine- The user either points their hair up while they are looking away or they flip their hair by swinging their head to look down. The user then launches all or most of their barbs at once in one quick burst.
Hero/Villain Names: Whiplash, Miss Bane, Bane
My Input(Not Necessary) The user would be able increase their ability to manipulate their hair, it will never be perfect but it can get pretty good. The user can also grab their barbs and use them as daggers or shanks if they wanted too. I imagine the user getting good enough at some point to be able to imbed their hair into a wall and pull themselves up it.
