Ability - If the user consumes enough of another person, they gain the ability of the other's quirk. Permanently. The more the user eats of that person, the stronger the quirk is. Mutant quirks may develop weird if the user has consumed prior mutant quirks or transformation quirks. The user will also gain mutations of the person, like Eri's horns or Ashido's weird eyes.
Combat Range: Uncertain
Disadvantage: - There is no way to remove a quirk, so if quirks clash badly with each other, there is nothing the user can do.
- The user must consume parts of other people which may contract the user diseases like HIV.
Special Moves: Depends on the quirks the user has.
Hero/Villain Names: Cannibal, Lector, Glutton, Grinder
My Input(Not necessary): The user would most likely be a villain, kidnapping before eating them. Their quirk would probably make them insane and practically need to eat people for the thrill of having their quirk.
