Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Class: Mental
Ability - The user can make other's freeze in place. If the user makes direct eye contact with someone else, the person they are making eye contact with are frozen. They can not move or make a sound, but they can still see and hear. They can't breathe but they don't need to. The user can still move while having their quirk activated.
Combat Range: None and Medium
Disadvantage: - The user's eyes will start to bleed the longer they use their quirk. One minute before they risk going to blind.
Special Moves: None
Hero/Villain Names: Meduse, Freeze, Snake Eyes
My Input(Not necessary): The user likely moves with others. In a gang or group to stop enemies or make an escape.
