Quirk: Chrono Zone
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Class: Speed Enhancement
Ability - The user can create zones close to their body. Time in these zones move at half the speed. These zones are pure black and impossible to see into, but the people in their can see out of it. The user can create multiple zones but the max area it can cover is 10 metres cubed. These zones can only be two metres away from the user. These zones must be touching a surface.
Combat Range: Medium
Disadvantage: - The user can only make these zones close to them and can get caught up in these zones themselves.
- Once the user has created a zone, the user can't make it bigger or smaller. They have to get rid of it completely. However it takes the user about three seconds to do.
Special Moves: None
Hero/Villain Names: Zero, Void, Black space
My Input(Not necessary): The user would be very cautious and often use their quirk to protect themselves. Or figure out creative ways to stop opponents like creating small zones on the ground to slow down someone's foot and make them slip.
