Quirk Type: Transformation
Quirk Class: Animal/Insect
Ability - The user can turn parts of their body with their into a whale. If the user turns their head into a whale, they can fire out their water as an attack and emit very high pitched noises. The user can turn full whale but it is normally a bad idea and will most likely become unbalanced by turning their body into parts of a whale.
Combat Range: Close or Medium
Disadvantage: - The user struggles to stay balanced or standing by turning parts of themselves into a whale.
-The user becomes very saw after transforming parts of their body into a whale.
Special Moves: Whale Call- The user shouts with hypersonic waves that paralyses others who hear it for a few seconds.
Whale Strike- The user transforms their head into a whale before headbutting them and fires out a stream of water while launching them.
Hero/Villain Names: Belly Fall, Waterfall, Cluedo
My Input(Not necessary): I think the user would discover a form in between full whale form and human form to keep themselves stable.
