Quirk: Fear Flame
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Class: Fire and Mental
Ability - The user can spray purple fire from their hands. The fire doesn't have the same properties as normal fire, it doesn't spread nor catch anything on fire. But the pain is excruciating, 4 times worse than a regular burn, however it doesn't actually do damage. Once the fire is not touching the enemy, they will no longer feel pain as if nothing happened. This fire can also put out other fires. If the user is touching a surface they can make the fire appear where ever they want on that surface.
Combat Range: Medium
Disadvantages: - If used for too long the users hands will start to hurt from the users fire in the same way the fire would hurt someone else.
Special Moves: Purple volcano- The user puts their hands on the ground and in any spot they choose within 100 metres they can make fear flame shoot out from it. The blast will be more concentrated so the pain will be worse.
Hero/Villain Names: Purple willow, Wisp, Terror raise, Hellflame
My Input(Not necessary): The user usually uses their quirk as a distraction more than an offensive tool as it doesn't do any damage of any kind. The user probably has some sought of mutation like horns or a devil tail. Maybe both.
