Quirk: Nitro Blast

Quirk Class: Fire and Destruction
Ability - The user can make parts of their body burn with blue flames. These flames can only emit from certain parts of the user's body. The user's hair, arms between the elbow and the arm, thighs and feet. When the user slams the burning part of their body it causes a large and devastating explosion and heat. The user has resistant to heat bur only in those certain areas.
Combat Range: Close
Disadvantage: - The user themselves aren't immune to fire, the only parts that are, are the ones that turn into flames. Their own explosion causes serious damage to them as they are at the source. If the user wants to avoid this the must wear protective gear when using their quirk.
- The user cannot cover the parts of their body they wish to turn into fire, so the clothes won't cause an explosion immediately.
Special Moves: Twirl flame- The user claps their wrists together while they both are covered in blue fire. The fire repulsed forward in a spin type motion forward. This is very controlled and as long as the target that it makes contact with is no more than 6 metres in front of them the user will sustain no damage to them.
Hero/Villain Names: Nitro, Exploit, Bombs away
My Input(Not necessary): The user would have very specialised clothing around the areas that aren't resistant. They'd learn different ways to utilise their quirks in uniques ways to cause different explosions.
