Quirk: Artificial Light Manipulation

Quirk Type: Emitter

Quirk Class: Light, Technology

Ability - The user can create hard light from artificial light sources (Lightbulbs, phone, ect).The light acts like a static and is better at defensive purposes then offensive as it is easier to see therefore control. If this quirk is launched at an opponent then the light will flicker like static and may move slightly off target but it hits enemies like glass. If it use for defensive purposes than it's a lot sturdier and can have multiple barriers but one strong punch will do the job. The user can not hold/ restrain an enemy with his quirk. The user can store artificial light before use but the amount does have a limit. The light being controlled is blue so you can tell.

Combat Range: Close

Disadvantage: - The only available source is artificial light.

- Longer ranged attacks are harder to control and aren't as powerful closer up.

- The user will struggle to see clearly as the light they manipulate emits light making it harder for them to see. 

Special Moves: Mecha- The user summons a mech made out of light to pilot and control,

Hexagon prism- The user can summon a wall of multiple layers of hexagons to block attacks.

Hero/Villain Names: Techno, Gear light, Gameboy/ girl, Platinum

My Input(Not necessary): Other than the crazy things the user will create with their quirk, I think they would fail the entrance exam to get into the hero course because of the lack of access to their quirk.
