Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Class: Ice
Ability - The user can turn the air around them into ice. The user can't do this that far away from them, only about 4 metres unless trained. The user can cover an item or items in heavy ice or on contact can turn something into ice. The user can create armour and weapons that are quite durable and requires an effort to melt them, but the ice is extremely heavy. It is a great defense.
Combat Range: Close
Disadvantage: - Thehotter the environment the less ice can be glaciated from the air.
-The ice is heavy and will restrict movement and ability.
Special Moves: IceWall- The user can create an ice wall to soak up damage and once the enemy getsclose the user will either drop the wall on them r create more ice to moldthem into the wall with them.
Hero/Villain Names: : Ice Queen, Glacier, Cryo, White frost.
My Input(Not required): The user would be strong to still move around and use their quirk. They'd develop ways to move around by sliding around on the ice to negate the movement problem.
