Quirk: Half-Shock Half-Rock
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Class: Electric and Earth
Ability - The user can produce lightning from the top half of their body and with the bottom half of their body they can manipulate the earth. The user doesn't produce electricity, they produce lightning which can cause great damage to machinery and people. The user waits to charge up their attack before firing it out. The longer the user holds it, the stronger it is, however if they hold it for too long, they'll shock themselves. With the user's bottom half, the user can partially the earth. They can send the ground they are standing on upwards from large distances from themselves. The user can create large pillars or cause large mounts to erupt from the earth. The user's top half has resistant to electricity and lightning.
Combat Range: Long
Disadvantage: - Over use of the user's lighting will cause them to go numb and start twitching out of control. This can be over-ruled by the user manipulating the earth to stop the twitching by attacking their top half.
- Over user of the user's earth abilities will cause their legs to go stiff and unable to move. The user can fix this by shocking their legs with their lightning.
- The user has to have the ability to move to use their quirk.
Special Moves: Final Gambit- The user fires as powerful lightning as they possibly can while launching as much earth they possibly can. After this attack the user becomes numb and stiff, unable to move or fix their problem.
Hero/Villain Names: Gia, ShatterShock, ShockRock
My Input(Not necessary): This is essentially like Todoroki's quirk but with different elements. There is probably some support items the user can have for their electricity but the only thing I can think of for the user's earth is armour.
