Quirk Class: Temperature and Electricity
Ability - The user can spawn plasma from their body from the hairs on their arms. The user has minor capabilities to mold the plasms into whatever they want but the most they can achieve is a larger set of arms above their own. The plasma instigates great shocking ability and can easily neutralise opponents with a simply touch. It even gave the user greater strength if they had molded and hardened their plasma into arms and hands. It also acted as some kind of shield that can block energy attacks and some blunt forces as well.
Combat Range: Close
Disadvantage: - The user can only keep the plasma active for 10 minutes. It becomes increasingly harder but only after the first five. Shocks will run through the users arms which will cause them to twitch and move out of the user's control. The next minute the skin on the arm of the user will start to sizzle and burn but the user has an odd resistant to it. This only increases from their, becoming more drastic and hard for the user to control and take until the last minute where the arms of the user become completely black and numb. The user can heal themselves from this injury as long is it was a direct drawback from their own quirk.
- Static fields seem to disrupt the user's quirk and they often harm themselves more then others if they try to use it.
Special Moves: Static Ride - The user has the ability to move themselves through the air. Plasma static flies off of hairs on their forearms. It buzzes around in a shape like a wing, but it was a stretch. The user can only hold this ability for a short intervals, 3 seconds at most.
Plasma Impulse - The user is must be a distance off of the ground. When the user falls 15 feet, the user smashes their plasmatic arms into the ground with great force. With the height, the user can make a sudden blast of plasma erupt from where the user struck the ground. It can stun and badly harm anyone hit which often is about a 17 metre radius but the size is inconsistence. But the user also suffers as a large part of their arm turns black and it ticks frequently even when the quirk is not in use.
Flash Clap - The user claps their plasmatic arms together to create a shock and quick flash of light. This attack prevents others from getting closer and makes them unable to see the user. This attack only lasts for a few moments but it allows the user to get an easy hit by re-activating their quirk as using this attack shuts it off. Doing this attack reduces the time the user can maintain their plasma arms. Losing one minute.
Hero/Villain Names: Static, Thunder, Daze Spark
My Input(Not Necessary): This is a strong quirk with a lot of uses that can be used on multiple of different type of characters. It has a lot more offensive capabilities then defensive and relies upon getting close to the enemy but with a smart mind, those obstacles can be over come.
