Quirk: Nightmare

Quirk Type: Emitter

Quirk Class: Mental

Ability - If the user and the foe make eye contact, the foes vision will start to blur after7 seconds (Level 1). 18 seconds the enemy starts to hallucinate and hear things and all the user has to do is look at the enemy (Level 2). 1 minute the foe will start to see monsters and their greatest fear, they tend to block the sight and they user tends to be blocked by the monsters.(Level 3) 3 minutes they no longer can see as their entire vision is black and can't hear until they eventually pass out (level 4). Level 1 and 2 requires eye contact for the quirk to work, if no eye contact is made within 10 seconds the quirk rapidly reclines and resets back towards zero.

Combat Range: Medium

Disadvantage: - The user wears sunglasses to prevent accidently making people feel nauseas. (If they aren't a villain)

- The quirk requires the enemy to retain eye contact and their quirk makes it harder for them to do that.

Hero/Villain Names: Nightmare, White night, Scream, Contest.

My Input(Not necessary): The user usually wears sunglasses to prevent their quirk from accidentally activating. They'd take advantage of the other's poor vision while in combat as they can't really look at the user.
