Quirk: Bolt
Quirk Type: Transformation
Quirk Class: Electric
Ability - The user can turn themselves into a lightning bolt. The user moves as fast as lightning in whatever direction they want, however the exact spot is undetermined as lightning is unpredictable. If the user collides with someone or a surface they turn back to normal but they knock the person back with the heavy force and lightning shock. The user can also emit electricity around their body but it's extremely weak. Only emits a light shock. The user can't turn into a lightning bolt while in contact with someone.
Combat Range: Close
Disadvantage: -The user can't use their quirk if they are in contact with a wall or a person. (Same with being restrained)
-The user loses stamina from using their quirk.
Special Moves: Plasma Strike- The user stays stationary for a short time. An electric field generates around them before they zoom forward with a lot more precision than others. The lightning is blue and a lot more powerful.
Hero/Villain Names: Raiden, Lightning, Assault
My Input(Not necessary): The user would get better quirk control of using their quirk sparingly in order to not get caught or grappled. They would soon find away to increase their power by standing still.
