We walk through the corridor and hallways till I find the door of our meeting area. I open it as everyone walks in.
"Well that went better then expected" I say closing the door behind me
"Are you kidding?!"
"Jim's in prison and I'm a servant of a sorceress who tried to kill me" Claire complained
"Even worse I can't get a signal" Steve grunts tapping his phone and waving it around
"Well technically she hasn't done that yet" I reply
"I don't care! Where not supposed to be here"
"We should be home, together, helping our friends in the present, their present, the future, Whatever!" Claire yells sitting down with her hands buried in her face.
"We can't return home yet"
"Look, Merlin always insisted we never mess with time, we'll have to find a way back without screwing up history, or there won't be a future to go home to" I explain calmly
"Aw man! Just like in that movie! Future warrior 3 when the robots killed Alfred Einstein" Steve exclaims
"Yeah exactly" I sigh
"So, how do we get home? You're the wizard expert here"
Before I could say anything, the door opened it was Laylah. Morgana was behind her.
"And what do you think Merlin would say?" Morgana argued
"Look, don't you think I'm more than capable?" Lay replies bluntly
"It's not that you're not capable, but the wild wood is under the protection of the trolls and you were lucky to get away with stealing Lancelot's sword"
"Yes sure, but if we are going to work together then why are you worried about Arthur, yeah sure he's the king but trolls and humans should be equals not enemies"
"Lay I get were your coming from, but there is nothing we can do at this point in time"
Laylah sighs "Fine"
"Merlin wants you in the workshop in 5 minutes I'll be there to about this amulet, but I have to grab somethings beforehand" Morgana said closing the door.
Laylah sighs and looks at us.
"Hey sorry for keeping you"
None of us replied.
"What?" She asks
"You look stunning" I manage to say. I was speechless.
She was wearing a short black dress with at the neck band floral seeming. She had her hair down with the front strands tied back with bobbie pins.
