INT. SEMI'S APARTMENT — MID AFTERNOON

SEMI and TENDOU watched GOSHIKI drink away his misery.

The sand haired male with black tips at the ends of his hair took the bottle away from GOSHIKI. TENDOU made sure to hold back GOSHIKI from falling forward as he chased after the bottle with his lips.

The red head laughed at the sight, but SEMI glared at him, and TENDOU stopped laughing right away.

TENDOU
Come on, it's funny.

SEMI
It may be funny,
but it doesn't mean
you have a right to
laugh.

TENDOU
Sorry!~ I see I
hit a nerve.

SEMI
(Sighs).
Sorry, I'm just
stressed out.

TENDOU
Tell me about it.

SEMI and TENDOU stared at GOSHIKI as he started blabbering about KOYAMA and how he hated the world for making him the second lead.

GOSHIKI suddenly burst out into another round of tears.

GOSHIKI

TENDOU

(Raises an

GOSHIKI

GOSHIKI made a surprised face and then he lifted his hand to show the space between his index finger and his thumb. GOSHIKI whimpered as he simultaneously sniffled away his snot.

GOSHIKI

POOF!

TENDOU
(Laughs).
He's possessed
by the little
tangerine.

TENDOU
You know how he
talks, right?

SEMI
(Face-palms).

TENDOU
It's ok Goshiki.
You'll find somebody
else who wants you
with the bowl cut
and everything.

GOSHIKI
HUH?

SEMI
Tendou I hate
you right now.

TENDOU
I'm funny as hell,
you should be thanking
me for easing up the
tension!

TENDOU
Anyways, we should find
a way to sober him up.

SEMI
I'll go get a
glass of water.

SEMI
Don't take your eyes
off of him. I swear he'll
knock himself out or
something by accident.

TENDOU
Got it!

TENDOU's grin died down as soon as SEMI walked out of the living room. The red head was out of sorts with everything that was happening at this moment in time. First of all, at the beginning of this week he'd gotten a call from home that brought nothing but bad news. Second, his grades weren't doing so well afterwards. And now, GOSHIKI was down in the dumps because he got rejected, and not only that, he was drinking because of it.

If anyone were to describe his emotions, livid, would be an understatement.

TENDOU saw, with disdain, KOYAMA's contact pop up in GOSHIKI's Home Screen multiple times, and every time, he'd open the messages and leave her on read.

In the end, TENDOU also took away his phone.

GOSHIKI
Give it back!

TENDOU
You'll regret
all of this later
anyways, so, no.

TENDOU
You can have it back
when you're able to
use the last two brain
cells in that thick
skull of yours.

TENDOU
You may not remember
this later, but I hope
you do. You're acting
like a child. Drinking
won't solve anything.
Who told you that losing
consciousness equals
happiness or freedom of
mind?

TENDOU
You're only hurting
yourself by suppressing
your feelings.

TENDOU
When you don't let
yourself go through the hurt,
it never goes away.

TENDOU
It's okay to grieve what
could never be, but not
like this. This is unhealthy.

GOSHIKI
I don't understand
anything!! (Tears
up). Tendou are
you mad?

TENDOU
(Sighs).
I'm not mad.

TENDOU
I'm worried.

GOSHIKI
Hug?

SEMI
What is happening?

TENDOU
Eh, don't worry
about it.

SEMI
Here, Goshiki,
drink this.

GOSHIKI
No, I don't
want that.

TENDOU and SEMI sighed, the clock felt slower than usual for both of them, and they couldn't wait to get this day over with already.
