Several hours earlier, news of Logan Lee dying in an explosion spread across Seoul. When Rona and Seokhoon heard the news they ran down to the site of the explosion and saw Suryeon staring blankly at the site. They both stood beside her, trying to give her comfort but Suryeon was inconsolable.

Rona was devastated by the loss of Logan. He had almost become a surrogate father to her, he was looking out for her from the moment she entered Chungah High School and became her guardian while she was residing in the USA. Tears were rolling down Rona's face, Seokhoon saw the expressions of both Rona and his mother, although he never really interacted much with Logan. Rona had told him previously how Logan really looked after her, and for that very fact he was forever grateful to Logan for what he was to Rona.

The next day, Seokhoon, Rona and Seokkyung were coming home from school. When they entered the Penthouse, all three of them saw Joo Dante standing at the staircase. Seokhoon ran forward and asked how he managed to escape from prison.

Seokhoon could feel Rona trembling, he guided her into their study room. Rona quickly fished out her medication for anxiety and ate 1 to calm herself down. Seokhoon took Rona's hand.

Seokhoon escorted Rona back to her apartment, and instead of heading back home. He entered her house to accompany her for the night. With the help of the medicine, Rona was no longer trembling but her mental and emotional state was severely shaken. Her mother was still in prison, Logan was dead and now Joo Dante was back. Her nightmares had begun all over again. Seokhoon could see Rona's eyes turning black and knew she was sinking into her nightmares again.

He shook her loose, trying to bring her back to him. Rona-ah, everything is going to be okay. Omma will fix this and I will protect you. I won't let my father hurt you anymore. Trust me.

Seokhoon's voice woke Rona up, she walked into his embrace and hugged him tightly. Reminding herself that he was real, and she was not alone. Seokhoon was a bit surprised by the sudden embrace but tightened his hold to comfort her. After a couple of minutes later, Rona's soft voice whispered into his chest. Take me away Seokhoon.

I was not sure whether you would really want to go but I have already made all the application forms and our audition tapes ready. As long as you say the word, I will send these forms off. Rona was not surprised that Seokhoon had begun to prepare, he was always a man of his word, so she knew he would be prepared in case she ever did agree. She hugged him back, then let's go. I want to leave Seoul.
