After another two days in Luxembourg, Seokhoon and Rona flew back to New York. Initially, they had told their parents that they would come back for Seollal but when they found out that 2nd semester started on the 2nd week of Jan. So unfortunately, they wouldn't be back in Korea to celebrate the new year with their family.
After they arrived back at New York, they had a good dinner with Alex. Even though the war is finally over and Logan has gotten his justice - Alex still insists on taking care of both of them. You two still need a guardian while you are in New York, finishing up your studies. I have spoken to both your mothers and I would be happy to still take care of you. I also heard, congrats to you two.
Thank you Alex. Thank you for still looking out for us both. We really appreciate it.
No problem at all. Afterall you two still have another 2 years or more left of Juillard - I don't think your mothers will move over to the US, so why not me.
With that promise, Alex still remained as their guardian during their stay in New York. Their friends had all come back from their respective holidays, so they decided to gather at George's house for a catch-up session (a post Christmas party as well) before school began again. George lives in a brownstone house in the heart of New York City. They gathered at about 2 PM, in front of George's address.

Rona!! Rona turned to see Yoo Jung walking over, Ryo was also walking beside her. Yoo Jung, Ryo! It feels like it has been so long! Rona walked over and hugged both Ryo and Yoo Jung. Hey Seokhoon. Seokhoon grabbed Ryo's shoulder, lightly patting it. Hey Ryo, was Japan okay? Ryo nodded. Yeah it was good to see my aunty again and be back home. It made me realise how much I actually missed Japan a lot.
Yeah, I think when we are in school we don't think about it, but once we are no longer busy, I am sure that homesickness is real. Soon Seungho and So Hyun came holding hands, it seems since the last time they saw them both; their relationship was getting better. Rona smiled at the cute sight of Seungho grinning like a Cheshire cat, she laughed softly while looking at So Hyun who blushed.
