Yah Yoonhee, even if you want to praise, don't overdo it. This is nothing compared to what you have achieved with Yunis Beauty. All I did was combine various businesses into one, you literally created one from the ground up. I can't compare. Hahah.
Yoonhee and Suryeon were sitting in the new building that had been renovated by Suryeon herself for her new company Shimwoo & Co. Her intention was to absorb Chungah High and Foundation as quickly as possible - rebrand them in the event that Cheo Seojin hoped to get them back. Both now go by the name Shimwoo High and Shimwoo Foundation. It could not be any clearer that these two were no longer and will never be part of Chungah Group. Furthermore, to rival King's Holding, Suryeon resurrected her father's old construction company. Even though she married Joo Dante, he essentially took over the company - rebranding and renaming it as King's Holdings. The rights to Shimwoo Construction were still under her, so there was nothing wrong with adopting that name and creating another section in the big umbrella company - Shimwoo Construction.

This is one of Suryeon and Yoonhee's plan of attack against King's Holding. They were going to be one of the companies that plans to bid for Cheoseo District. For now the creation of Shimwoo & Co. has been fairly low key for now, the reason why is because they still don't want to attract too much attention to themselves. So even though on paper, Chungah High and Foundation have changed names. The actual changing of the signs and press release will only happen later on.
While the two were having tea, in walked Secretary Kim (Logan's former secretary now Yoonhee's). Mdm, I bring news.
What is Secretary Kim?
Cheo Seojin has failed to acquire the last 20% of what is needed for Chungah Art Centre. It seems the plan to block her possible avenues is working for now, but I am afraid she may find a loophole and soon find an investor.
