What if Rona had taken up Seokhoo's offer to go to Jullliard at the start of season 3. What awaits Rona and Seokhoon in USA, and how would the story change for Penthouse?

Rona really focused all her energy into school, she decided she did not want to think about any unnecessary thoughts. She decided that preparing for the competition would be put on hold for now. Soon the week of preparation had come and gone.

Today was the day of the evaluation, to avoid any rumors of favoritism, all the students were to draw lots in the order in which they would enter the room. The evaluation was also not going to be handled by the Voice majors but rather it was handled by the Admin staff of the Faculty of Music. The students would only be singing to the two judges and no one else. The Professors were not even around to brief the students for the evaluations, everything was going to be handled by the Admin staff instead. The Dean personally welcomed the two special judges and handed them an evaluation sheet and that was it.
Seokhoon wanted to come with Rona but Rona insisted that she do this alone. As much as she understood that Seokhoon wanted to be there for her, she needed that moment of independence. Seokhoon understood her intentions, he did still come to campus but he headed to the library instead of sticking around. Rona promised to contact him after she had finished. The results were going to be announced about 15 minutes after the final performer, so people will not accuse any special treatment that could occur if the result had been announced the day after.
Rona was waiting in the room, with everyone else. The order was going to be randomly chosen today. Everyone would draw sticks and the order would be written on the stick itself. Everyone drew lots and Rona was the 20th out of 27th person to perform. Some of the girls who were placed in front of Rona complained a bit, but when they realised their argument did not hold any water. They kept quiet, one thing that the girls did not realise was that their group was really small (only 4 girls). As they began to make problems for the Rona, they also forgot that they were making things as bad for the others as well.
As the weeks had gone by, everyone else was very irritated at their behaviour. Now, the majority of the classmates actually stood with Rona as opposed to them (not that Rona realised that). The girls realised that everyone was staring at them in annoyance, even at this stage with the school going out of their way to make sure everything was fair - they were still complaining. The girls began to realise that this was not working out in their favour, they had hoped that apart from eventually beating Rona, they wanted to curry favour with everyone else by turning them against Rona. Looks like this plan that Gabbie created was not working.
Out of the four friends, Stephanie was up first, followed by Yoo Jung, Rona and Ryo. The song that was chosen was a classic opera aria; so it was something that was familiar to everyone - for both the male and female pieces.
The students were all fairly nervous since they would be performing in front of two not only professional but famous and well respected singers. At 10 AM the evaluation had begun. The students were led to the room where they would be performing for the judges. After which they would leave the room to another staging area for those who had finished. The room was dead silent as one by one students headed to the evaluation.
Yoo Jung sat beside Rona and squeezed her hands in comfort. Rona smiled and thanked Yoo Jung silently for the support. Soont it was Yoo Jung's turn, ROna smiled in encouragement as Yoo Jung headed to hers. Finally after a long wait, it was Rona's turn. Ryo smiled and did a 'Hwaiting' pose before she headed to the room.
Just before entering the room, she let out a long breath and calmed herself. She entered the room with confidence and smiled at the judges. She introduced herself and when the signal was given she began to sing. Rona felt that her voice was in top condition today, and not one note was missed. There was an air of confidence and charisma surrounding her as she sang, and after she had finished, the judges clapped. Rona thanked them and left the room.
Rona couldn't quite tell how she would be ranked, but she knew that she did her best. When she entered the final staging room, Yoo Jung and Stephanie ran to her. They asked her how she did and Rona replied saying she thought she did the best that she was able to.
That is good, I got rather nervous so I think I choked a little towards the end. Stephanie was rather starstruck to see the judges so towards the end of the song, she had a bit of difficulty controlling her breath. Yoo Jung also felt she did good but could have been better. The three sat down in a corner of the room to wait for the remaining students to finish. With Ryo entering the room, it meant that the evaluation was almost near its end. Another 10 minutes and the last student had performed.
The school provided everyone with a bento meal since the evaluation ate into their lunch hour. The four sat down on the floor, eating and just chit chatting about other topics. About 15 minutes later, the two judges came in and thanked the students for putting on such brilliant performances.
