What if Rona had taken up Seokhoo's offer to go to Jullliard at the start of season 3. What awaits Rona and Seokhoon in USA, and how would the story change for Penthouse?

Time flew by and soon Seokhoon and Rona were entering the final month of their 1st semester. Seokhoon had been in a happier mode this past week. Suryeon had informed him that Seokkyung had finally come to her senses. Even though Suryeon did not tell Seokhoon everything that transpired, Seokhoon was nonetheless really happy that Seokkyung was now back with their mother.
The past 2 weeks, Seokhoon and Rona had fallen into a routine of going to school, practice, assignments and making love. Seokhoon was careful not to push Rona's body too hard, he knew her schedule and so one days where Rona had early and/or long days, the couple only kissed and cuddled in bed. During the weekends or days where they each had a later start to the day, they would often find themselves wrapped in each other's arms.
Rona had lost count of the different ways Seokhoon could bring her to pleasure. Seokhoon was a very active lover. Over the past weeks, the two had not been shy about their desires for each other. Like what Rona suggested, the two of them began to explore a bit more in the bedroom. At first when Rona started to read up, she was rather embarrassed at what was out there sexually. They both had decided that some of the more extreme parts were not for them, but they were both willing to test certain limits in the appropriate setting.
For the most part Seokhoon had kept things fairly simple overall, he didn't feel that they needed to spice things up at this current moment. Both of them were more than happy being in each other's arms. For them, sex was just another way for them to communicate and show the love they had for each other. It was not the core of their relationship, so as much as sex was addictive to both of them, they made sure to spend time more as a couple - doing just ordinary things like grocery shopping, going out on dates and studying or practicing together.
Since they moved to New York, they had actually begun to practice more and more as a duo. Rona felt that Seokhoon really understood her as a singer which really helped the partnership between them. They have become a well-oiled machine now.

Today both of them were called into Prof Clark's office after their last lesson for the day. They both entered the office and found that Prof James was also in the office. Clark asked both of them to sit down.
Reason why we have called you both today is because of this. Clark handed both of them a pamphlet - "Queen Elisabeth Competition" was on the front of the pamphlet. Rona and Seokhoon immediately recognise the name of the competition. This competition was an international well renowned competition for classical musicians. It was also known to be one of the most challenging and prestigious competitions for instrumentalists especially.
We would like you two to compete in this competition. Seokhoon and Rona were surprised, even if they felt they could handle the pressure but they were still 1st years, to compete at such a high level was that something too quick? Sir, are you sure? We two are still 1st years and we may not do well.
Well we are not sending you two because we want you to win. We just want to see how far you can make it.
Clark is right, to be honest if youtwo manage to get into the top 12 that in itself is already an amazing feat. This would be a great opportunity for you two to really see who your peers are. Both of you are about the right age to really challenge this competition.
Seokhoon and Rona were actually really pumped up, as much as they were worried about it, the fact of the matter is that this sort of thing does not come very often. The fact that they would be recommended by both Prof James and Clark was a huge deal. To be able to compete at such a high level was an honor. Seokhoon and Rona after wrestling a bit with their thoughts decided to agree to the competition.
But Profs, the semester is ending soon, won't this get in the way of our exams?
Don't worry about this Rona. We made sure the timing works out. After your exams, you have another 2 weeks to prepare before the competition. As Juilliard is sending you both, you two will continue to stay on in school and we will be coaching you for your competition.
Correct, James will be Seokhoon's mento and will accompany him to Belgium, while Rona Prof Maria who has been coaching you 1-1 since the start will be your mentor. The two will travel with you to Belgium and be your guide throughout the competition stages. So you two need not fear.
With that it was settled, Seokhoon and Rona first had their final exams and practicum to focus on, but after which they turned their attention to the competition. Clark had suggested that for their practicum ideally they should pick a piece that they would likely be going to perform for the competition. But for now they had time to prepare, they had a total of about 2 months before the competition took place.
