They have a 3 month break before they return back to New York for their 2nd year. In the 6  months after the Hera Place was demolished, the new Shimwoo Tower had been constructed. The tower was one of the tallest in all of Korea with over 120 floors. Having learnt the lesson of the Penthouse War, the 119th and 120th floor of the Shimwoo Tower was turned into a recreational area, something similar to a community club setting. After the top floor, the subsequent 18 floors (100-118) are dedicated to residence, specifically the last 6 floors having only 2 units which meant that the living space of these units was much bigger.

After the 18 floors, the subsequent floors below, were office space for Shimwoo & Co (it's various departments - e.g Shimwoo Construction, Furniture and more) employees (70-99)  and floors dedicated to the newly created Shimwoo Mall (B3-20th floor). As Shimwoo Tower is one of the tallest buildings in Seoul, there were many facilities that were catered to tourists like several floors dedicated to letting visitors have a bird's eye view of Seoul. There was also an aquarium and even a hotel in the tower (21st - 55th). Yunis Beauty had several outlets within Shimwoo Tower, while JohnBio's had an office space in the tower as well. Initially Suryeon offered for JohnBio and Yunis Beauty to move their headquarters into Shimwoo Tower, however both declined. They wanted to have their own building and space, both companies are located within the Cheseo District. In just 6 months, Cheoseo District had transformed into an urban space that is the epicentre of arts and culture.

*Yes the motif is actually similar to Lotte World Tower in Seoul, where its shopping, office and residence all together.

Many new brands (from overseas and within Korea) had coverage onto the space, making this district into a hip and happening town where both young and old would visit. This success really helped put Shimwoo & Co on the map as an up and coming powerhouse company. The two were picked up from Incheon Airport by one of their mother's secretaries; they would be brought over to Shimwoo Tower first, while their mothers finished up their work for the day.

When they got out of the car at the new Shimwoo Tower, they were amazed at just the sheer height of the building, this building really pale in comparison to Hera Place. Rona squeezed Seokhoon's hands, he looked over and saw her expression. There was a mixture of amazement, fear and excitement all rolled in one, he knew why she was feeling this way. Hera Place was the beginning to hell for them all, in pursuit of his greed Dante was not a kind person and her mother too ended up selling her soul for a while just to have a place in Hera Place.

He hugged Rona as they stood in front of the tower. This is all going to be different, Rona. Our mothers have changed, things won't go back to the way they were. If at any point you rather leave Seoul, we can do that. Rona hugged back, just staying in his presence and digesting his words. I know Seokhoon, I know this will be different because we have learnt from the past. Whatever it is, I know you will be by my side.

With that, they walked into the tower hand in hand, they made their way up to the 118th floor. Yoonhee and Suryeon were neighbours sharing the same floor, Mari and Sangah were on the 117th floor. At first Minhyeok resisted moving back to Shimwoo Tower but his grandfather insisted, so Minhyeok moved back. He decided that even though he was now back in the world where luxury was everywhere - he still wanted to keep up his habits that he learnt and picked up during the time where he was staying alone.

They reached the 118th floor and Seokhoon was really reluctant to let go of Rona's hand. He was so used to living with her for over a year that now that they would basically be living apart for the next 3 months was really strange. He wanted to stay and sleep with her, Rona knew Seokhoon was a bit upset about this. I am sure we will have time to ourselves, after all our mothers work and all that.

So are you saying yes to daytime sex? Rona pouted and hit Seokhoon, he was really too naughty. Well, if they are not around I don't see why not. Seokhoon smiled at Rona okaying the idea. I will miss you. Seokhoon kissed her. Seokhoon-ah we are on the same floor, plus Omma tells me that she more or less has breakfast with your mother and Seokkyung every day. We will be seeing each other daily.

I know but it's so different now that we are not living together.

It will only be for 3 months then we will be flying back to New York. Seokhoon pouted and sighed, he walked Rona over to her door. He kissed her and that kiss transformed into something very intense. Seokhoon twirled his tongue around inside her mouth and their tongues were soon twirling along with each other. Seokhoon started to move backwards until Rona's body hit the corridor wall. He separated their lips for a while, he quickly looked around and saw that there was nobody around.

He went back to kiss Rona, this time lifting her body up, Rona hooked her legs around his waist as they continued to kiss. Rona moaned into the kiss when she could feel his hardness pressing right into her core. Damn it, I want you. Seokhoon growled out softly, he really wanted Rona. Come into my house first, I don't think Omma is around. Seokhoon heard Rona's suggestion, as though making a silent decision. Rona walked over and input the pin code into her house.

They quickly walked in, checking out the house quickly and realised that Yoonhee was not home yet. Rona took out her phone to see a text from her mother saying she would only return around 7pm, now it was 3pm, they had 4 hours. Seokhoon saw the text, smirking. He swiped Rona's hair to one side and started to kiss her neck. We have four hours, let's go.

Wait, what about your mother and Seokkyung?

I checked my phone also, Omma is also only coming back around 7pm. We have time. Come. With that Rona and Seokhoon kissed their way to Rona's bedroom. The two of them were so focused on each other that they did not take in the new design of the house. Once Rona's bedroom door was closed, Seokhoon proceeded to remove her clothes as fast as possible.

I only can hold you today, then I may not get my chance for a while.

Rona was soon stripped of her clothes and standing before him naked. Seokhoon pushed Rona onto the bed, she was sitting at the edge of the bed. Seokhoon already stripped off his jacket, shirt and jeans, and he was kneeling on the floor. I am going to enjoy you as much as I can before our mothers come home. Rona gulped in anticipation, she knew Seokhoon's stamina, she predicted that she was going to be rather tired out by the end of this.
