132 | Drama is over

After Clark's talk with the Voice cohort and the evaluation, the unnecessary drama that arose had quieten down. What Rona did not realise was that the 4 girls were called in by Clark and Maria. They had a long sit down with the 4 girls and eventually the girls realised that they had been played by Gabbie.

Usually, it would be rude to disclose the reason why Gabbie was actually expelled, however it was clear to the Professors that these 4 were clearly under the influence and guidance of Gabbie. They may not be able to stop Gabbie's actions (especially now that she was no longer a student), but they hoped that could persuade the 4 others.

When the 4 learnt that Gabbie was expelled because she tried to actually physically harm Rona, they realised that Gabbie was bad business. If they continued to listen to her, they would likely be the next few students to be expelled. They apologise to Professor Clark for their childish antics.

I think there is someone else who deserves your apology instead. The girls realise who Clark was referring to, they have made Rona's life rather difficult in the past few weeks. Even though Rona had gone about ignoring them for the most parts, they knew that it had not been easy for her. Even though they felt embarrassed to apologise, if they did not, for sure the rest of their classmates will have a horrible impression of them. They also left the chat group that was made by Gabbie, it is better to cut the head of the snake before it is too late.

The girls knew that the more they made it difficult for Rona, the more the rest of their classmates resented them. The next day, the 4 girls went up to Rona after class had ended and apologised to her. Rona didn't say much, all she told them was to focus on their singing and work hard. After she left, the girls realise that they didn't hear anything about Rona forgiving them, but for now perhaps they needed to earn her forgiveness.

With that all now behind her, Rona could concentrate on the task at hand. Apart from final exams, she needed to practice for the competition. There would be several rounds for this competition, first Rona and Seokhoon needed to compete in the USA round. From there only 4 of each category would be selected to go to Belgium for the final. It was going to be stiff competition as they were competing with the best of the best. So they needed to be at their top condition. Their week for the USA round would take place just 2 weeks after their final papers, if they make it through, 2 weeks laters they would be in Belgium for the final round.
