Today was the first day of orientation for the new batch of 2022-2023 students. Rona and Seokhoon woke up early and ate breakfast, before deciding to just walk to school. The distance from their condo to the school was not too far, overall it was about 30 minutes (if they took a slow walk). Hand in hand they headed towards Juilliard.
Are you nervous, Rona?
I am a little. I don't really do well with brand new environments and according to the letters. It is most likely we two won't be grouped together.
That is true but the overall program is the same so we will still be together through the day.
Today, they were going to be given a tour of the school. In order to facilitate an ease before the start of the first semester, they will be putting the different faculties into random groups. There is a chance since Seokhoon is in Piano and Rona is in Voice they could be grouped together but it also may not happen.
Soon they arrived on campus, they followed the sign that led them to the staging area for the orientation. They registered their attendance, to Rona's dismay Seokhoon and her were in different groups. Rona was also not grouped with any of her own friends. Looks like she was on her own.
The assembly was still some time away, Seokhoon stayed beside Rona assuring her everything will be fine. It is okay Rona, here no one knows who we are or our past. We can just be who we are now. Seokhoon hugged her before they heard someone very loudly clearing their throat. They separated and turned towards the direction of the sound, finding Stephaine, So Hyun and Gabbie standing there. Stephaine gave them the 'eye' just as she was about to tease them, So Hyun stepped in.
Hello you too, looks like we are all in different groups.
Yeah that is unfortunate, I was hoping that maybe at least one of you would be in the same group as me.
It will be okay, Rona it is just for today. OK we three should go and find out where our groups are first. Let's go. So Hyun dragged the other two away from the couple. Rona giggled softly, So Hyun had always been her champion since day one.

Seokhoon heard someone calling his name and turned.
Well well, it is the famous Joo Seokhoon
Rona looked up, curious about who this individual was, how he knew who Seokhoon was. Seokhoon saw who it was who called him and a small smile emerged from his face. With one arm around Rona's waist and stretched out his hand to shake the person's hand.
