What if Rona had taken up Seokhoo's offer to go to Jullliard at the start of season 3. What awaits Rona and Seokhoon in USA, and how would the story change for Penthouse?

While the 'trial' was getting on the way, SNU had released a statement saying that they had investigated the admission process and found loopholes in the system. As such, they will be re-doing their entire admission process all over again. They also stated that the student in question in the media has officially been dropped by SNU and would not be denied entry into SNU for the foreseeable future.
King's Holding, Seoul
So in one swoop, Seokkyung's future was runined. Seokkyung desperately tried to call her father, she prayed that he would be able to fix it. However, the calls did not go through. She desperately went to King's Holding to find her father. Just before she could enter his office, Seokkyung paused.
So Seokkyung can't enter SNU?
Yes sir, there has been too much attention drawn to the situation, even your contacts will not be able to move.
Sigh, what the heck happened!
Sir we could always move her to another university - when things have quieten down.
Isn't she kicked out of Chungah? She hardly has anything to stand on. She is so useless, compared to Seokhoo who is at least making something of himself in the States. What do I do with her?
Seokkyung burst through the doors, she was crying and pleading for Joo Dante not to abandon her. She was already abandoned by Omma, she could not afford to be abandoned by Dante.
Sigh, fine. I will help you, but in return I need you to help me. I need you to steal your mother's stamp and ID card. Bring it to me, once that is done. I will solve your problem.
Even though Seokkyung was not sure what her father was going to do, stealing those items was not really a problem. She was not hurting her mother by stealing it. So she agreed to the terms.
Seokkyung immediately went home, and her mother was at home but in her office. She silently crept into her master bedroom. There on her makeup table was her wallet and all her important items. She quickly grabbed those two items and hurried out the bedroom. She soon left the house again, and headed back to King's Holding to pass the items to her father.
Joo Dante praised her when she had accomplished. Well done daughter, don't worry Appa will be sure to reward you.

Well Done Rona! See class what Rona just displayed is perfect technique. Just because you wish to hit the highest notes does not mean you must stress your vocal cords, rather confidence and good mouth position is important in order to achieve that beautiful sustain note. As much as being a good classical singer is about the high notes, remember that whether you go high or low, you must always support each note with good technique, your tongue, mouth position must be trained and calculated. Well done again Rona.
It has been about a week into Juilliard, Rona and Seokhoon were both slowly getting into the rhythm of school. Regardless of how much they were both individually praised at the beginning of the school day, what was more important was that they continued to improve their technique and expand their craft.
Rona in particular was well favored among the majority of her professors. With the education and training she received at Chungah,she found most of the practical modules fairly easy to cope with. Even though Clark told her she was exempted from some modules, she still chose to attend those modules. Just because she knew Italian doesn't mean she can learn more and improve her diction.
It was rather clear a week into classes, that apart from Rona, the next potential stars to look out for was Stephaine, Yoo Jung and Ryo respectively. Ryo completely outshined most of the male Voice majors in the class. He was definitely the top male singer of this cohort. Stephaine and Yoo Jung were equally good, they both had their strengths and weaknesses but the professors could see just how hard working both of them were. The question now is whether all 4 of them could continue this level till the very end of semester, much more till the end of year 1.
Note: For SK's character story - I have more or less kept a lot of the major details that happen in Penthouse for her unlike EB whose story really differs quite a lot. but don't worry, I will try to redeem her as best as I can. Please note, from here on out, there will be really a lot more focus on Seokrona life here in New York. I know the timeline is a bit off but hahah well its the best I can do (:
