The week passed by quickly. Seokhoon and Rona went over to the Shimwoo Art Centre to help Jenny and Minhyeok out with the programmes. Jenny was right, when the two met Minhyeok they were rather stunned by his appearance and behaviour. Minhyeok looked really handsome, and was very confident in the manner in which he carried himself. Gone was the rich spoilt single child, now besides school, was doing part time work for Shimwoo & Co.

Minhyeok has really transformed.

Yeah, was that the guy who used to cave to pressure?

Clearly not for sure, he now has backbone.

I am glad though, he is nothing like his father.

Yeah, I think that is his goal right?

Minhyeok and Sangah had moved back into Shimwoo Tower as well. Despite her divorce Kyun Jin's father (Minhyeok's grandfather) insisted that he take care of them. He felt that both of them had suffered under his son's greed and behaviour, those two were innocent of most of the crimes that his son did. So he never held it against Sangah when she wanted to divorce his son. He was really happy to see just how mature Minhyeok had grown, he was responsible and really understood what it meant to work in order to make a living. So as a gift, he bought a place in Shimwoo Tower for both of them, he wanted to make sure his grandchild could study in comfort.

Despite the free handout from the grandfather, Minhyeok still insisted on doing some part time work, he didn't want to fall back into that habit where anything he wanted he could get. He decided that, unless it is with his own money, he would not ask his mother or his grandfather for additional money. He understood that the expenses of the house and others would be covered by the grandfather, but he insisted that the day to day expenses, him and his mother could handle it. Sangah, having not worked in a long time, thicken her skin and went to Yoonhee for a job.

Yoonhee recognised that Sangah with her beauty and her talking skills was actually really suited to be involved in sales and marketing. So Sangah started working in the Yunis Beauty sales department, she was first placed in customer service - this allowed her to learn more about the products and interact with customers. In the 6 months since Sangah started, she had really flourished under the environment and moved her way into the marketing department now. Now she is part of a team that helps to brainstorm and market upcoming products and services that Yunis Beauty hopes to provide.

After they finished their session at Shimwoo Art Centre, Minhyeok invited Seokhoon, Rona and Jenny over to his place. Jenny declined as she had to study for an upcoming assignment, so they parted ways, Jenny walked to her front door, while the three entered Minhyeok's house.

The interior design had been handled by Minhyeok's grandfather, he chose a very modern look for the entire house. Minhyeok invited them into his study room while he went to grab some drinks for them. Rona was amazed at just the collection of books. Minhyeok had really been studying very hard about Korean History (since that is his major). Across his desk were papers and books that were all filled with his notes and highlights.

Despite his looks, he is really a hard working type.

I guess if he wants to become a teacher, he must really work hard. Seokhoon was amazed that within a short span of a year both Minhyeok and Jenny had changed so much. It was not just Seokhoon and Rona who have grown in the year but all of them. He was really thankful that despite their past, and their mistakes they are now able to live a life better than what they were before. Minhyeok soon entered and they sat on the sofa, he served them some tea.

How has school been, Minhyeok?

Tough, the Korean History major is no joke. There are so many facts and information to memorise, I am still trying to cope with it.

Well I can see your hard work, I am sure you will do fine.

Thanks Rona, it means a lot. I have heard about both of your achievements. Looks like our batch has produced two superstars.

Haha what superstars? We are still students.

True but that doesn't mean you should discount your achievements, it was not easy what you did. So give yourself some credit.

We shall. What about relationships, Minhyeok?

Huh, nah I don't have the time for it. With school, studies and part time work, I barely have time for myself, what more finding a girlfriend and so on.

What about Jenny?

Well, I admit that we spent a lot more time together than we ever did in Chungah High but I don't know I don't think now is the right time. We only just started university plus both of us are in fairly difficult courses. I feel right now, it is best that we focus on our studies first, if we still have good feelings for each other then we can decide then.

Rona didn't say anymore after that, it was clear that right now at this point in time, for both Minhyeok and Jenny their dreams were their top priority right now. They spent another 2 hours over at Minhyeok's place not wanting to disturb him anymore from his studies they decided to bid him farewell and headed up to their place. Later on for dinner, Suryeon had reserved a restaurant for them to have a nice Korean BBQ meal. Rona entered Seokhoon's room, they still had about two hours before dinner. Rona was beginning to feel sleepy, seeing her yawn, he told her to nap. She changed out of her clothes and wore Seokhoon's shirt and slept on his bed.

Seokhoon's heart was filled with love as he witnessed Rona sleeping in his bed, this was what he always wanted. To wake up and see her right beside him, when he came home she would be there (or vice versa). Maybe I should propose soon.... The question was when?
