With that, the war was finally all over. Dante was dead, Seojin had gone to prison. Kyun Jin was punished for his involvement in Dante's schemes. Sangah had divorced her husband and moved in with her son. Eunbyeol was slowly getting better and Seokkyung was going to rehabilitation school. Yoonhee, Suryeon and Yoonchul continued to focus on their respective businesses. Mari went over to work with Yoonhee while Dongpil went to work with Suryeon.

Everything was finally quiet. For the residents of Hera Place, they received a rude awakening however when Suryeon announced that Hera Place would be demolished. True to her word, Hera Place needed to be destroyed. Since King's Holdings is gone the Cheoseo District contract went to Shimwoo & Co. Construction of the new Shimwoo Towers had already begun. Suryeon informed the residents that if they wish they could purchase a place from Shimwoo Tower.

She had to compensate the residents but luckily the majority of them wanted a place in the new and improved Shimwoo Towers. With the investments, the building would take about a year or more to finish. With that every resident began to move out of Hera Place to temporary places while waiting for the new Shimwoo Tower to be constructed.

With the exception of Sangah and Minhyeok (who had already moved out), the remaining families spent most of their days packing up and preparing to move. They each had rented out a condo apartment near to the Cheoseo District site. So they would all be living together in the same complex, so as to keep an eye on the progress of the construction.

Jenny and Minhyeok were really happy that everything had come to a close, this meant that when they started University next year, they would be able to start it completely fresh. They still had another 3 months before the start of school. So for now Jenny and Minhyeok just focused on their part time jobs.

Eunbyeol still needed additional therapy but after a month and a half, she was able to be discharged from the hospital and so she now lives with Yoonchul. It took Eunbyeol awhile but after seeing how Yoonhee and Yoonchul were getting along, she slowly began to warm up to the idea that those two deserved a 2nd chance. It was clear to everyone that the two really did love each other, but because of their respective families and the war of Hera Place. Yoonchul did end up betraying Yoonhee but over the past few months, he had more than made up for it.

Yet, because Yoonchul knew about the truth of Rona's birth, he was hesitant. If Eunbyeol and Rona each found out that they were related, how would they react, would they be willing to support their parents' relationship. Until all those had been resolved, it was wiser not to do anything. Although they had decided not to do anything official, they still did spend time with each other.

As part of Eunbyeol's therapy, she was to meet various people and reconnect with them, therefore, not only Yoonhee but all the other adults and their children spent time with Eunbyeol. Yoonhee even invited Eunbyeol to one of the programmes that Shimwoo Art Centre (as it is now called) had created. Eunbyeol witnessed how Jenny and Minhyeok had become more confident and mature individuals, this really inspired her to get better and discover her own path.

So will Seokhoon and Rona be returning for Christmas and the New Year?

No, they both informed us that they have made it to like the 2nd round of an internationally well known music competition. Since this is a once in a lifetime opportunity they informed us that they would be spending Christmas and New Years in Belgium where the competition is held.

They will be away for so long?

Yeah seems in a week or two their final exams will be here, afterwards they have about 3 weeks to prepare before flying to Belgium

Seokhoon told us that the competition begins in earlyDecember and it would end just a week before Christmas. Since they were already going to be in Belgium, he asked if it was alright that they stayed on and spend Christmas and New Years there.

It makes sense since after all, we don't really have a house yet, they can come back after the new year. Their second semester only begins again in March so they will be able to spend Seollal with us.

Do they know everything has ended?

No, not really. I didn't want to tell them too much over the phone plus with exams and the competition this news of the war is something that is not necessary for them to know anyways right now.

That is true, since they are busy with their studies. It is best that they focus on it.
