Seokhoon and Rona decided to go out for lunch and spend the day exploring Seoul again. They had returned to their home country after a year long of being away. Everything felt familiar and yet unfamiliar at the same time. Korea was one of the fastest growing countries in the world, so many shops and the newest and latest sights had changed from a year ago. To a certain extent the two of them felt like they were tourists in their own country.

They decided to head down to Hongdae first, which is a neighbourhood known for its youthful ambience, with shops selling everything from clothing and cosmetics to living goods and books, as well as unique cafés and restaurants. As they walked along the streets, it was  filled with buskers and dance performances. The sight, the smell and the sounds all felt so familiar, it was strange to be hearing Korean all around them since they were already used to being surrounded mostly by English speaking people when living in New York.

Summer is soon here, it's hot isn't it?

Yeah it is, what do you think about going away for a couple of days?

Going away? Like leaving Korea?

No, but why not explore the rest of Korea like going to Jeju or Busan? We can go for a couple of days, we can even invite friends or family?

I like that idea, maybe we should ask our parents and all. Hopefully they can take time off work.

I am sure they will be able to, Rona. After all our mothers now own their own business I think stepping away for a couple of days is possible. But if we want Jenny and Minhyeok to tag along, then we need to check when they have a break from school so they can join us.

Well we have 3 months here, we don't have to go on a trip right away.

We two can do some day trips though, if you like? Or maybe a two day one night kind of style?

I like that idea, let's do some research. With that the two continued to explore Hongdae, shopping and eating. Rona felt so good to be eating good Korean food for a long time. New York had some good Asian food but it was still nothing like what they do back home. Seokhoon smiled as he saw Rona's happy expression. Food was definitely one of the ways into Rona's heart for sure.

Once they finished their meal, they wanted to walk off their food so they decided to go to the Hangang River, the sun was out and the day was not too hot yet so they decided to go and bask and relax along the river side. They first headed back to Shimwoo Tower to change and grab a few items for the park.

Rona wore a simple white top paired with a denim skirt, white sneakers and her hair tied into a ponytail, Seokhoon on the other hand wore comfortable pants, along with a brown t-shirt and white sneakers. Seokhoon packed a picnic mat, along with some snacks in case they got hungry, an umbrella (because you never know) and they were off. Being out on a date and not having to think about school and others made Rona feel young again. She could explore Seoul with her boyfriend by her side in a carefree manner.

They arrived at Hangang Park and decided to head to an area that was not so crowded, luckily because university and school was still on (and it was not the weekend), the park was not as crowded as it would be

They arrived at Hangang Park and decided to head to an area that was not so crowded, luckily because university and school was still on (and it was not the weekend), the park was not as crowded as it would be. Seokhoon laid out the picnic mat and they sat on it, watching the various activities around them go by. Rona sat with her legs stretched out, Seokhoon seeing this quickly grabbed a cardigan he had in his backpack and covered her legs with it. Rona smiled at the thoughtful nature of her boyfriend. What she did not expect was after he covered her legs, he proceeded to lay his head on her lap.

Rona laughed and teasingly complained that Seokhoon's head was really heavy. Seokhoon just ignored her tease and continued to lay on her lap. Rona realising that he was not going to be baited gave up quickly, the two just sat in silence watching the world go by. Seokhoon grunted when he felt Rona running her fingers through his hair. He looked up and realised that Rona probably didn't know she was doing it. He turned back to look at the view as Rona continued to play with his hair.

Eventually, Rona's touch was sending shivers down Seokhoon's spine, he turned around and buried his head in her stomach. Rona looked down and laughed at the rather 'baby' behaviour of Seokhoon. Rona loved this, their relationship had transformed into a comfortable stage. Even in silence, they could still encourage each other's presence. Of course, this doesn't mean that they lack sexual attraction to each other, if anything Rona knew that their activities in the bedroom were still as exciting and hot as ever.

But other than that, Seokhoon and her had fallen into a familiar cycle. Seokhoon eventually moved to get off of her lap and faced her. Why are you looking at me like that?

Why can't I? You are my beautiful girlfriend. Seokhoon held Rona's left hand and began playing with the couple ring. Rona-ah, how would you feel if we got married?

Now?

Well not this exact moment, but yeah, getting married soon....

I don't actually know. I never really thought of when we should get married.

Do you mean you want to wait till you know our career is established before getting married?

No, I don't think it is necessary to wait that long.

For example, if I asked you now, would you marry me? Rona looked up into Seokhoon's eyes, she could tell he was serious about this topic. Rona thought long and hard about it, even though getting married so young was a bit unexpected but she could not imagine her future without Seokhoon, so even if they get married now, she knew that they would be together forever.

If you ask me now... I would say yes. Seokhoon smiled and breathed a smile of relief, even though he had no plans to propose right at this moment, he had thought of asking her to marry him before they graduated from Juillard the only question was when was the right timing. So when he asked her this, he was just testing the waters. He hugged Rona and eventually pulled back slightly. He saw Rona's eyes and he knew that the exact look that she had, he had as well.

They were drawn to each other and the lips touched. The kiss started off really soft and light, just their lips moving against each other. It was only when Seokhoon felt Rona grab his shirt collar tighter, that he knew she wanted more. But they were in a public place and as much as he didn't care about his surroundings, if they got carried away here - it wouldn't be a good thing. He whispered into her ears. Shall we go back and continue this? He felt a soft nod on his shoulders, like lightning the two quickly backed and grabbed a taxi back home.
