The sun, the moon and the stars.

The sun and the Moon were twins. They got along and knew the rules, when the sun comes up, it shines on everything and a new day passes by. When the moon passes by after the sun, shadows cover the land and everything goes dark, but darkness didn't last as the stars shined from above, illuminating everything that the moon touched.

That's why the moon fell in love with the stars. "We meet again" The stars said and looked upon the moon. "It is our destiny to meet again, how are you?" The moon asked. The stars chuckled and looked down at everything, "I am ecstatic. Do you know why?" The moon looked at the stars. "No, why?" The stars smiled directly at the moon, "I get to see you for longer" The moon felt a bright pink blush dust his cheeks and smile at the stars. "I never asked, but... What shall I call you?" The moon looked at the stars and they went into deep thought. "What do you prefer to call me?" The moon shrugged. "I usually call the sun... my brother, but I do not properly have a name for him. I would like to call you something, everyday then just "The Stars", I think we should find names for ourselves" The stars thought. "Well maybe, I've never seen you so interested before. I guess we will have to wait till we meet again. The days past by oh so fast. Do they not?" As The stars finished, The sun slowly came up, making the stars slowly vanish. "Until we meet again" The stars say and disappeared into the bright sky. The moon wondered why he wasn't disappearing, until the sun spoke, "Hello Brother! I see you are closer to the earth then before." The Moon looked at the sun and smiled. "Hello Brother. It seems so, I was just having a lovely discussion with the stars"

The sun tilted their head softly and looked at him. "How nice. It sometimes gets a little lonely here. Only having the clouds to talk to" The moon looked at him. "But I'm here" The sun shook his head. "You orbit. You are not in my peripheral vision all the time. You go behind the earth" The moon chuckled. "That's only to see the stars again" The sun watched how the moon spoke fondly of the stars. "Dear Moon" The moon looked at him. "Are you in love with the stars?" The comment made Moon blush and cover their face. "What are you talking about?!" They spoke, getting flustered. The sun chuckled at his brother. "Now now, no need to feel ashamed. I understand. Though you cannot see the stars. They are still around us. Sleeping peacefully away, until the next time the shadow's have covered the land" The moon nodded before striking up the conversation they had last time.

"Ah Brother. I was actually wanting to talk to you about what I talked with the stars" The sun tilted his head again. "What about?" He asked curiously. The Moon gave a small smile, "Now Brother. I want us to have names, I was wondering if we could give ourselves names" The sun shook his head. "But the humans have named us, why should we change out titles when they have blessed us with the names?" The moon shook his head. "No no! I mean just for ourselves. I love you brother, but I do not want to continuously be calling you the sun" The sun nodded in agreement. "Alright fine, but I must say, why did you think of this?"

The moon thought for awhile. "I'm... not sure, but I will admit that it has something to do with the stars" The sun laughed softly. "Well, tell the stars I said hi" Saying that, The sun waved the moon goodbye as it slowly dove into the ground, making the moon rise and the stars shining about. "Hello again" The stars said cheerfully. "I come to you with news" The stars shone brighter then usual as they spoke to the moon. The moon urged them to continue. "I have found a name for myself. Something simple yet kind. Something short yet beautiful. My name I have found from a small villa in a place I couldn't quite recall. I would like for you, The Moon, to humbly, kindly and gracefully accept that my new name shall be Jerry" The Moon's eyes widen at the small song the stars sang for him. "Jerry you say? That's a wonderful name, yet..." The Stars looked at him. "What's wrong?"

The Moon sighed. "I still have not chosen a name for myself. I was speaking with my brother the sun, yet I could not find any that was right for me" The Stars shined around him. "Do not fret, Mr. Moon" The Stars smiled. "Even though I found myself a name, I shall help you find a name that matches you!" The Stars giggled. "Jerry" The Moon repeated. "I love your name. Jerry, Jerry, Jerry, it sounds like music to my ears" The Stars dimmed. "I appreciate it" The Stars mumbled, feeling themselves become flustered. "Even though, I cannot feel you, I know you are there" The Moon looked into the star's eyes. "I have something to tell you" The Stars looked innocently into the Moon's eyes. "What is it?" They ask. The two stared at each other for awhile and the Moon finally spoke. "I think I'm in-" The Stars slowly started vanishing. "Wait! I-I still have to-" The Stars stopped the Moon. "I know what you were going to say. And I love you too" As the Stars vanished the Moon was beaming, The sun wanted to ask why the Moon was so happy, but he had a feeling that he already knew.

The Sun instead said, "Moon. I know what I want to be called." The Moon looked at him, "already figured out a name?" The Sun nodded. "I would like you to call me Alexander" The Moon smiled softly. "Alexander. Then what shall I be called? As The Moon, I think I should have a similar name to you" The Sun thought and thought before smiling softly. "Y'know, I heard another name that I liked. Maxmillian" The Moon looked at him. "Maxmillian? I do like it. Maxmillian it is!"
