"Don't ever go near Sirens" Chris told a very young Max and Alex. Alex tilted his head a bit, "but.. papa! You're a siren!" He said and pointed to his ears. Chris shook his head. "I used to be one" Max perked up. "Why did you leave daddy?" Chris ruffled up Max's head. "You boys are to young to understand, but... I was unhappy down in the water. Now hush and go to bed, I need to feed your little brother" He kissed their foreheads goodnight and turned out the lights. "Please, Never... go near the ocean"

Max, 12 years old, young, free and incredibly stupid was now standing in front of the ocean. "I'm telling Dad!!" Max heard Alex shout behind him. He heard footsteps growing farther and farther away. "Baby" He muttered and dipped his toes in the ocean. He yearned for the water, the beautiful salty water that he could not ignore. "So beautiful" He said out loud as he stared off towards the sky. He was relaxed, a few couple of minutes passed and he was fine. He yawned, growing bored, "I knew there were no sire-" He stopped and gasped when he saw movement under the water. A shadow moved below the water and he reflexively jumped back. Suddenly, everything was slowly was covered in a thick mist. Max squinted his eyes and started panicking when the ground disappeared.
The next thing he knew, he heard beautiful singing. "Who's there?!" He shouted, but was only met with a shrill voice of songs. He suddenly felt really dizzy, dizzy good. He slowly started to turn where it was coming from. Max started following the singing slowly, step by step. He saw something emerge from the mist. A beautiful siren with black flowing hair appeared, sitting on a very large boulder, he looked to be a male siren. No younger then how old Max was. His black and green scales shimmered beautifully in the light. The siren turned towards him, pausing his singing for, just a moment, causing Max to realize he was standing in water, before resuming the singing and pulling Max back in the trance. "You're so... beautiful" He whispered. The siren winked at him as he kept singing, drawing Max closer and closer towards him before-
"MAXMILLIAN WILDE!!" Max snapped out of whatever daze he was in. He was yanked out from the siren. "Go away you murderous predator!!" Even though Max was still in a half-dazed state, he recognized the voice to be Chris! The siren hissed at Chris and jumped back into the water. Chris looked towards Max, anger edged in his face, but it went away as soon as he saw the state Max was in, "Max! He almost pulled you in!" He hugged Max close and all he could do was blink. Finally he spoke, "D-dad?" He raspily said. Chris pulled away and looked at his face, "What is it?" Thinking Max was scared, he obviously had to comfort him. "Was that a siren?" He asked and Chris somberly nodded. Suddenly Max broke out a huge grin. "I wanna know more about sirens"

So here he was, hauling crates of equipment and supplies. Chris watched as the 18 year old boy packed for an adventure. "I'm not changing my mind Dad!" Max spoke out at him. "So don't try to convince me!" Chris chuckled a bit. "I'm not here to stop you or to try and change your mind. I'm here because Alex and Faz want to go with you" Max blinked. "Really?" He asked and Chris nodded, stepping closer. "They're getting ready, but I want you to know-" He pulled out a necklace from his pocket, a shell necklace. "I found this awhile ago, when you were studying up on how to become a pirate. The merchant said that if you put this around any Siren's neck, you could prevent any Siren's enchanting singing" Max dropped down from his ship and held out his had. Chris gave it to him and smiled softly. "Dad... why won't you come with me?" Chris grimaced and took a step back. "I left the ocean behind. I didn't want to go back. I'm much rather happier up here" Max laughed a bit, feeling a little guilty. "But we're leaving. You're gonna be alone up here"
"I know and I've already prepared myself for this. Take care of your brothers hm?" As if on cue, Alex and Faz were running up to them. "We're ready!" Faz chirped. Max smiled softly at them, he knew his brothers would never leave him behind. After long goodbyes and painful leavings. Max, Alex and Faz were sailing away.
Chris waved at them and softly sighed. "Be careful boys" He spoke softly and slowly made his back to his house, ignoring the soft whispers that were coming from the ocean.

"So where are we going?" Faz asked. Max grinned and pulled out a map, "This is a map of every siren location. We have to be careful, sea monsters, other pirates and heavy rain storms will be there along the way." Alex nodded. "Who's in charge of what?" He asked and Max thought for awhile. "There's only 3 of us so we'll have to stop by and recruit as many other people as we can" Alex rolled his eyes. "Well duh, but listen, we have no names for ourselves. What are we gonna call this massive ship you just created? What kind of group are we?" Faz raised his hand. "Yes Faz?" Max said. "Why don't we just call ourselves The Wilds? It'll be like our last names!" Max and Alex nodded, "Now the ship?" Max thought for awhile and then remember the Siren, How beautiful his tail was and his hair. "Why not.. the Green and Black king of the sea?" Alex tilted his head a bit. "The green and black? Seems... too wordy." All three of them stopped and kept thinking, "The Dark queen?" Faz spoke up. "Yeah okay" Alex and Max both agreed.
Now they were on the Dark Queen!! Sailing around to find sirens!
