Chapter 29 - The wonders of Asgard

"So, what do you think?" Loki asked smiling at the in awe face you were pulling

"It's amazing, Loki! I've never seen such a beautiful library" You smiled, still looking around said beautiful library

"Well, shall we move on?" He asked as he offered his arm again

"Sure" and you took his arm and he lead you outside into the gardens. They were full of strange but wonderful flowers and plants that you'd never seen before and the grass was perfectly manicured and a vibrant green. Not a dried blade of grass anywhere. They must have to have a dozen people to work on the upkeep of it all.

You were then interrupted by a very cheery Thor and four other people.

"Brother, Lady Y/N! There you are!" Thors voice boomed from behind you and Loki looked annoyed by the interruption

"Hi Thor, who're your friends?" You asked, looking to the four of his friends

"Lady Y/N, these are the Warriors Three, Hogun, Volstagg, Fandral and the Lady Sif'' Thor introduced you as he pointed out each of his. Fandral was an attractive looking blonde and he gave off the impression that he was a bit of a flirt and a player. Hogun looked like he came from asian culture, reminded you a bit of a samurai and Volstagg looked like he had just stepped out of a Lord of the Rings movie, although he was taller than the rest of them. Lady Sif was a beautiful woman and she radiated power, which was intimidating.

"It's lovely to meet you all" you smiled to them, hoping you didn't sound as unnerved as you felt.

"We've heard from Thor that you're a strong warrior. You should join us for training in the morning" Sif said to you

"Oh well i'm not that good" you looked to the floor feeling a bit embarrassed

"Nonsense, you're an amazing warrior!" Thor smiled as he put his hand on your shoulder. "Also, there is a feast in a few hours that we must attend"

"Great, more time with Odin" you groaned which got a laugh out of everyone

"You won't have to talk to him, don't worry" Loki assured you with grin

"You should join us for drinks before the feast" Fandral said and winked at you

"I was actually showing Lady Y/N around" Loki said with a clenched jaw. He was obviously not impressed with Fandrals flirting which confused you a bit. Why was Loki upset that someone was flirting with you?

"Another time then, brother. We shall leave you to your tour" Thor said as he turned Fandral around and left with the rest of his friends

"They seem...nice" You chuckled as Loki lead you through the garden, relaxing with every step.

"They're loud and obnoxious. Lady Sif is nice enough though" Loki said, making a face at the first part

"So, where are we going now?" You asked as you saw you were leaving the palace grounds

"There's a lovely little market in the village just outside the palace, I thought you might enjoy it" He answered as he took you down some pathways that ended up opening up to a large market square

It reminded you of a bazaar that you'd seen in a movie once. It was bursting with life. People looking at all of the goods that were up for sale and the smells of all of the different food vendors made your mouth water. 

You came to a stop in front of a stall that was selling jewellery and the pieces were all beautiful. One stood out to you from all of the rest. It was a silver chain link bracelet that had three beautiful blue stones in it
