Chapter 59 - Space, again

Suddenly, Squidward and Stephen were flying past you. Stephen seemed to be unconscious and Squidward was using his powers to carry him towards, you assumed, his ship.

You realised that the Time stone was now in serious danger.

"Alright Lizard-Orc, your story ends here" You yelled to him and flew through the air to him and in one swift motion removed his head from his shoulders

"Why didn't you do that in the first place?!" Tony yelled at you

"Didn't want to show you up!" You yelled back as you flew off towards Stephen

"Kid, we need to save the wizard!" Tony yelled

"On it!" You and Peter both shouted back at the same time which made you smile. Looks like you had a brother now, cute

You saw Peter jump on Stephen and try to get him free of Squidward's powers, but a beam of blue light engulfed them and they started to rise into the sky, higher and higher.

You took off after them and you were really high up by the time you reached them. You tried to pull the two of them from the beam, but it was strong and by now you were entering the lower atmosphere. Peter wouldn't be able to breathe soon and you wouldn't be able to get him back to Earth without leaving Stephen, which you couldn't do. You needed to protect the time stone.

"Urm, Mr. Stark. I'm being beamed up!" You heard Peter say when you got closer. You looked behind you and saw Tony was hot on your heels too. Thank god you had back-up.

"Hold on, kid! FRIDAY, unlock 17-A!" Tony called out just as we reached Peter. "Pete, you gotta let go. I'm gonna catch you"

"What are you doing, Tony?!" You called out, worried about Peter dropping to his death from the upper atmosphere. You could see Squidwards space ship now and you were nearly there.

"Hang on, it's all under control," Tony informed you

"Under control? Out of the three of us, only one has been to space and it's the one that isn't Midgardian!" You called back to him as you saw Peter lose consciousness and release his hold on Stephen, just as Stephen was taken into the freaky looking doughnut spaceship. "Oh shit!" You changed course to catch the falling Peter, but before you reached him, something flew at him and encased him in similar technology that Tony's Iron Man suit was now made from and he fell onto the outside of the ship. "Huh," You remarked

"Told you it was under control," Tony said and you could hear the grin in his voice as he proved his point. "FRIDAY, send him home." As soon as Tony had instructed his AI, a parachute sprung out the back of Peters suit and he was dragged backwards around the ship, hopefully down back to Earth

You and Tony landed next to each other on the doughnut ship and Tony started cutting through the side of the ship with a laser from his suit. Once inside, Tony sealed up the hole in the ship again and you heard FRIDAY talking to him. "Boss, incoming call from Miss Potts"

"Ooo, you're in troubleee," You chorused in a sing song voice

"Tony? Oh, my God. Are you alright? What's going on?" You heard Pepper say over the phone

"Yeah, I'm fine. I just think we might have to push our 8:30 res," Tony replied to her sheepishly

"Why?" Pepper asked, worry thick in her voice

"We may be on an alien spaceship...in space," You answered her this time

"Y/N is with you?!" Pepper gasped

"Yeah, yeah she is," Tony admitted

"Don't worry, I'll get him back in one piece. I promise," You said to Pepper

"Come back here, Tony. And you, Y/N. I swear to God..." Pepper was saying but the line was breaking up. You must have been getting out of range of cell service

"Pepper? Pep?" Tony tired to continue the call but then the disconnect beep started up

"Boss, we're losing her. I'm going, too...." FRIDAY too was breaking up.

"You know, you should really look into space connection," You smirked to Tony as he retracted his helmet, just to give you an eye roll

"Well, I wasn't really planning on being IN space, was I?" He countered which made you stifle a laugh

"Come on, we have to find Stephen," You told Tony as you started heading into the ship

"Oh, Stephen? You're on a first name basis?" Tony asked, a small pang of jealousy in his voice. It was cute

"Don't worry, you're still my dad," You smiled and turned to give him a kiss on the cheek which seemed to put him at ease before moving on further into the ship.

Eventually you had found your way into the room Stephen was being held in with Tony behind you. You saw Stephen floating on his front with these glass looking spikes floating all round him and Squidward was rambling on about how he will not let Thanos down blah, blah, blah.

"What the?!" You heard Tony gasp quietly behind you. You spun around to see Stephen's Cloak of Levitation floating behind Tony, with its "hands" up in defence as Tony looked like he was about to shoot it.

"Oh calm down, Tony. The cloak isn't going to hurt you," You chuckled quietly as the cloak nodded it's gratitude to you

"You're one loyal piece of outerwear, aren't you?" Tony mumbled to the cloak

"Speaking of loyal," A timid Peters voice came from behind you

"What are you doing here?" You and Tony both demanded at the same time

"I was gonna go home-" Peter started to explain

"I don't want to hear it," Tony cut him off, worry spread across his face

"...And I kinda stuck to the side of the ship. And this suit is ridiculously intuitive, by the way. So if anything, it's kinda your fault that I'm here." Peter said. Oh hell no...

You looked at Peter in shock, then at Tony who looked like he was about to have an aneurysm then back to Peter.

"Oh, you didn't just say that" You chuckled as the Cloak was shaking its "head" at Peter

"I take it back! But now i'm here in space with you guys" He nervously chuckled

"I told you to go home, kid" Tony whined

"But Y/N's here..." Peter tried to argue

"But Y/N is from Asgard and has been all around the cosmos," You raised your eyebrows at him, which shut him up

"Come on, we have a situation," Tony interjected, changing the subject
