Chapter 51 - We need a ride

"Hi," the woman said to Thor

"I was going to do that'" Thor tried to sound tough

"No he wasn't," You said. "Hi, I'm Y/N" and you walked over to the woman and shook her hand

"Hm, I like you. Call me Val" Val smirked to you

"I like you too" You grinned back to her

"What are you doing here?" Thor asked Val

"I thought you were leaving. What're you doing here?" Val asked back without missing a beat

"Got sidetracked," Thor answered. He wasn't exactly lying

"What's with this?" She asked and pointed to the towel on Thors head

"Don't ask..." You said shaking your head which made Val smirk

"What are those markings on her eyes? Are they how many people she's killed?" Bruce asked you quietly

"No idea but in this place, it wouldn't surprise me" You clapped him on the shoulder. "Can we get out of here now?" You asked Thor

"I've actually got something that I think belongs to you" Val said to Thor. "Come on," She said so we followed her through the crowds of people and to her place. Or at least you assumed it was her place.

"Look, I've spent years in a haze trying to forget my past. Sakaar seemed like the best place to drink and forget and to die one day." Val said to Thor as she lead us down some hallways

"I was thinking that you drink too much" Thor agreed

"Jeez, Thor. Let the woman drink if she wants

"Thank you" She smiled and nodded to you before turning back to Thor. "I don't want to forget. I can't turn away anymore. So, if I'm gonna die, well... it may aswell be driving my sword throughthe heart of that murderous hag."

Oh, she must know about Hela then. Was this woman Asgardian? Made sense if she knew about Hela but that makes her older than Thor too. Yikes

You all stopped at one of the doors in the hallway. "Yeah. So I'm saying that I wanna be on the team. Has it got a name?" Val said, before showing us into her apartment

"Yes. It's the...Revengers" Thor stumbled to come up with a name

"Yeh, no. I'd sooner die than be called that" You commented with an eye roll.

"But we're getting revenge!" Thor protested

"Anyway, the thing that i think belongs to you" Val said as she opened the door to reveal Loki tied up in chains that he could so easily get out of, so you were confused as to why he let Val even bring him here. Gods this man was confusing

"Surprise!" Loki said sarcastically

Didn't think to tell me you had been 'captured'? You added a smirk alongside the private comment

Didn't see the need as I read her mind and saw she was going to bring me to Thor anyway

Meanwhile, Thor had picked up an empty can and threw it at Loki's head which made you laugh

"Ow!" Loki glared at Thor. "Yes, I'm really here"

"Just checking" Thor let Loki know.

You walked further into the room and saw that it was a mess. Clothes and empty bottles of alcohol were strewn all over the place.

"Hello, Bruce" Loki greeted Bruce with a smile

"Still not homicidal are you?" Bruce asked giving Loki a look
