CHAPTER 26:The Comfort

Just like a flash of light,Sakura traveled back to Tokyo alone,actually there were 5 guards that escorted her courtesy of the Uchiha's command.She didnt had the time to accomodate herself to grasp what was happening all of a sudden.However the first thing that came to her mind was her mother.She was finally awake.

And for weeks of her absence and since she had no phone,Shizune was unable to send her any news about her condition.Which is now when she got back to the mansion.Her feet feels empty when she step in.She packed her few things,since the clothes she had been wearing wasnt hers,she left it in the luxury closet.The box,her makeup kit and wallet was the only thing she carries.

With a few glance and a thought while wandering her eyes to the room that had brought nothing but comfort,scratch the bulgar part.From the few occasional sexual activities.She sure would miss this place.

She smiled in forlon and finally step out from the house.Itachi was the only one who greeted her goodbye,he was understanding,and for the few moments they've been together,he had done everything but to be a gentleman at her.She thought maybe thats why,the feelings she made from the both of them,in the contrary of Itachi.She saw him as a friend and nothing more.

But a certain someone had left her hanging later that night.He was gone when she was tasked to go back home.He wasnt there when she entered their private plane.He didnt wave her goodbye.A slight pang of hurt strikes to her chest and she ignores it.

Itachi gave her all the money she needed at the end of their contract which she refused.She hadnt slept with either of them more often and from what she remembered.They only did it once since the incident.But Itachi wave her off in the end of their discussion.

First things first,she needed to buy a new phone.Not quite expensive but just perfect for her emergencies.Like calls,emails and text messages.So when the driver drop her off to the nearest mall,she quickly brought a new smart phone,and a bouquet of flowers for her mother.

Her heart was beating in excitement and nervousness when the door of her mother mets her vision.This is it.She thought.Huffing a silent sigh she pushed the door open.

The room was silent,not until a masculine voice spoke behind the walls in the small hallway of her mothers new room.She stopped her tracks and grips the bouquet tight and she listened to the voices coming from them.

"I was doing it for the best"she recognize her mother and she almost cried.

"Best for what?If it werent for Kakashi,I would have mourn myself to be oblivious that I have a family that I didnt even know about"a mans voice brokes in sob and Sakura frowns in confusion.Leaning more close but quite she continues.

"You put yourself in that,I was doing whats best for myself and for my daughter–"

"Our Daughter,Tsunade"Sakura gasp and she quickly covered her mouth.Thankfully they didnt notice her.

"You knew since I proposed to you that I'll do anything to protect you and do anything to keep you safe for me"

"And just one day you left all of the sudden and have our daughter that I never knew about and if I didnt know you were sick then I wouldnt—"

"I told you,I hated being in between that business of yours.My grandfather died because of that.My family died because of that and you lied,you lied that you werent part of it,you lied and it took me an ought to keep my daughter away from you–!"

"And did you even consider my feelings!?!!"His shout echoed startling her.

"Did you even consider my feelings?Did you even think about what would I feel at your decision?I thought we would plan everything with each other,She's my daughter too.I also have the right to know about her"
